Day Two Thousand and Twenty Seven

​Miss Pancake 

When we were as awake as could be and looked out the window the whole world was full of snow.

Miss Alexa was wrong. 

She said there was only going to be a little as could be snow. My goodness me.

So we did not go for a walk.

we went downstairs into our basement.

Because it was way too full up with too much.

So Zita and I went to the that room and opened the doors 

And the closet was so full we had to take everything out, so we could find the extra warm coats.

And we decided to take them to the people who do not have very toasty coats. 

And then we had a very nice relax right in the living room so we could watch the sliding cars. 

And then when Craig was awake he did not get dressed. 

Because today was the day he went to the bathtub on that new machine.

So he got in a not very fast chair. 

And it did not have any very big wheels. So it could not go fast.

But when he was in it there was a machine in the bathtub, so the slow chair just slides into the bathtub. 

Then Craig had a squeaky clean shower. My goodness me.

Then he got all dressed and the go fast chair was just there waiting for him. 

So he made coffees for Zita and himself too.

And Zita made toasts with the delicious from France jam.

And we listened to Merry Christmas music.

Because Emmet is not here. 

He thinks Craig starts the Merry Christmas music too soon. Oh well.

He cannot hear it, because he is still in far away Cork. Ha.

Then Zita cleared all the snow off the fast car. 

I could not be her helper, so I had to mind her from my windows. Too bad for her. 

But when she was all finish we went in a lovely walk in the beautiful brand new snow. 

And lots of houses had beautiful Merry Christmas lights, but they were not as beautiful as ours. 

And I ran as fast as could be all over Bruna and Jennifer’s front gardens. Ha.

When we got home I helped Zita made our dinner. 

And we had steaks. 

And because I was her best helper I got some too.

Then we were all tired, so we watched the very good detective program. 

Day Two Thousand and Twenty Six

Miss Pancake

I had the very busiest day in the world.

We walked all over everywhere.  

We went up the street to the old house, and there were lots of people and they all said good morning to me.

And I was very polite, and everybody wanted to know what kind of beautiful dog I was.

Because there are not lots and lots of lovely Bouvier dogs like me everywhere.

Then we went to the bank and I got a giant treat. Ha.

And then we met Brenda right on the sidewalk.

So we had a nice long talk. I sat very still and watched everything. 

Yesterday we saw our friend Mister Lyndon, and it was his very last day of going to work.

Because now he is retired, like Craig and Zita. Ha. 

Then we went back to that old house because the ladies were selling tasty treats. So we bought some. 

And Craig had some for his lunch. They were tasty doughnuts. 

Day Two Thousand and Twenty Five

Miss Pancake ​

My goodness me. Another busy day.

Right after our breakfasts Zita and I went downtown and got Niamh.

Because she has a big story to finish for her work.

So she needed to work in our lovely comfy office. 

Zita and I went for our walk after we got back home. 

There was a little bit of that snow on our garden, but not on the road.

So there not enough for fast sliding.

We met a very nice dog on our walk.  And we played the catch me game. Ha.

That dog was bigger than me, but I am faster. So we got lots of fast exercising.

Maybe we can be friends. Maybe. 

Craig had a sleep in, because of his book.

But when he got up I got my lunch right away. And I got treats too. 

Then Zita went out and got a secret present. Because of the Merry Christmas time.

My friend Cousin Lucy sent me a picture. 

She is in her university in Ireland and is going to be a fix you all up nurse. 

So now she has nurse’s clothes. 

Maybe she will be in Doctor Alice’s own hospital. Maybe. 

Before my dinnertime Niamh went to her beautiful dancing class. 

So I only had to mind Craig and Zita tonight.

Day Two Thousand and Twenty Five

​My goodness another very busy day. 

Zita and I went for a very long walk this morning, because it was nearly a very nice day.

And when we got to our own driveway Tarryn was here, and I did not go into my house.

Because right away our fast car took Tarryn and I to Mister Tyler’s apartment to get Niamh.

Because she had lots of important, in our office work to do.

Then Zita went to Mister Roger’s make you beautiful shop. 

Because it was time to get her hair all ready for Merry Christmas time. 

I minded everything when she was away.

When she came back home, Craig was getting all dressed.

So he got me my lunch, before he even had his coffee. Ha.

The present men came to my house two times today. 

And one of them was my friend, with his all wrapped around his head hat.

When Craig had his coffee he had three of those very tasty apple rollups. They are my favourite too. 

Zita had used pizza for her lunch, but there was not enough to share. That was not so very polite. 

Then she went to do more errands. 

My friends the Badgers were very busy packing all their very best clothes. 

Even the ones with medals.

Because Festis and Furrgus have to go back to Castle Tiroam for a very special day.

Because on that day their always give a giant party. 

And Cousin Mórag said they have missed the last two, because they were too busy galavanting all over to attend to their responsibilities. Oh dear.

Colonel Dugal said that they are afraid of Cousin Mórag, so they are going. 

My friend Dugal is going too. Because it is a party. 

Maybe his Auntie Elseabeth will be there. If it not too rainy. Parties are here favourite. 

Niamh and I made even more pictures of Tarryn for her university story. 

I went downstairs to be Niamh’s best helper. 

And when I came upstairs I had to remind Craig that it was past my dinner time. 

And after dinner I minded him. 

Right on my own comfy chair. 

Because Zita and Niamh went to the grocery store before Niamh went to Mister Tyler’s apartment.

Day Two Thousand and Twenty Four

Miss Pancake 

When we were awake and looked outside it was a nasty rainy day.

And all the snow was gone. 

But Zita told me that it will be back.

That is good, because I like the snow time.

Because you can jump into those big mountains of snow.

And she said that it will be here so my friend Emmet can have real snow.

They do not have real snow in far away Ireland. 

It just goes away before you can do your best sliding.

Snow is the best thing for sliding.

Niamh and I went and got Tarryn, and then we all went for an altogether walk. That was a good idea.

But then everybody had to do their work. And then Lee came here too. Ha.

So I was very busy.

When Craig got up to have his coffees, he found a very delicious all filled up croissant.

Because Zita got it just for us. Ha.

Zita and Tarryn were in the dining room making her story just perfect. 

At Merry Christmas time Tarryn will be all finished at her university. My goodness me.

I was very busy too. 

Because I was guarding Craig when he was getting secret presents for people, on his flat computer.

Because soon it will be Merry Christmas time. 

So you have to get all those secret presents ready. It is the rule in our house. 

My friend the present man brought some after lunchtime.

He always comes up to my windows and waves at me. Ha. 

And after lunchtime Craig came and told me that now I am a big sister.

Because my, in far far away, mother had brand new babies.

That is why I am now their very own big sister. I was very excited.

And Craig showed me all the pictures too. My goodness me. 

Being a big sister is a very important job. It is known. 

Then Tarryn had to have beautiful pictures for her important story.

And my friend Niamh and I made them. Ha.

So I went downstairs into the basement to be Niamh’s very best helper. That is a good job for me. 

Because we were so busy Zita got a nice man to bring us pizzas.

And Niamh and Tarryn and I had ours downstairs in Niamh very big bedroom. Ha.

When we were finished I came upstairs and my own dinner was there. 

So I was not even a bit hungry today. 

Day Two Thousand and Twenty Three

​Miss Pancake 

We had a very good sleeping night.

We were so tired we went to fast asleep, and did not watch even a bit of our detective program.

When we got up this morning we were not even a bit tired. Ha.

Then after breakfasts I minded Niamh in our office, because Zita went to the ears doctor.

And they told her she had perfect ears.

But people’s ears are not even a bit as good as mine.

Zita never hears those giant raccoons at night. Too bad for her. 

When Craig had his lunch he had those very tasty apple rollups. 

He sheared them with me.

Because we are very polite in our house.

Then Niamh got Tarryn from the university, so she could write even more stories.

But then Zita had to go to Mister Mike’s fix your car shop.

Because Miss Chris’s car got a bit broken. 

So then Zita drove her to her own house. 

Then she came back home.

I was in the office guarded Niamh and Tarryn.

Craig did not need so much guarding today, because he was busy looking for Merry Christmas presents. 

Secret ones. Ha. 

Before our dinnertime Zita and Tarryn looked at Tarryn’s long story for her university. 

So it would be beautiful. 

I minded them from under the table. 

It was a very all the time busy day for us. 

Niamh and Tarryn and Zita made a very special and delicious dinner from way way far away.

And it was all in a bowl. Not on a plate. And it was not even a soup. My goodness. 

Then Niamh and Tarryn went to their round and round dance class. 

So Craig and Zita and I went into our bedroom and watched the detective program. 

Day Two Thousand and Twenty Two

Miss Pancake 

It was a not so very cold morning today so we went to our farm.

And we had another very lovely time.

I went all over and smelled everything.

And I ran as fast as could ever be. 

But I did not find a good fast running stick. Oh dear.

But when we got back to the fast car I was a bit very snowy.

When we got home Craig got all dressed.

Because that man came and brought a machine so Craig can get very squeaky clean in the bathtub.

It has a not even a bit fast chair that slides into the bathtub. My goodness me.

When that man was gone Craig made two toasts for us.

Then I took Zita for a nice little walk around my neighbourhood.

Then she went to do some Merry Christmas shopping.

And when she got home Sach was here. 

Because Niamh and Sach were going Merry Christmas shopping too. 

We had an early dinnertime so we could watch our detectives. 

Day Two Thousand and Twenty One

Miss Pancake 

​We did not have a sleep in today.

Because after our breakfast we went to our farm.

And we snuck in. Ha.

And did not even look at the no running around dogs signs at all. Ha.

Then I had a long running all around morning. 

That was a very good time for us. 

Because it was a very nice day. 

The fast car was very happy too, because it was a toasty warm.

When we got home Craig was still in bed listening to his interesting book.

But then he got awake right away and made fluffy coffee for Zita,

And a different coffee in his special keep your coffee hot cup. 

And then Craig and Zita sat in the living room and had some angry buns.

And we all looked out our windows.

Because it was snowing. My goodness me. 

Miss Alexa did not tell us it was a snowstorm day. 

Maybe she had a sleep in. 

Some silly cars do not have their do not get stuck in the snow tires on.

And I saw some slide down the other street. Too bad for them. 

But they did not just crash. Oh well.

This afternoon Zita and I made our very special Merry Christmas pies.

The ones full of very delicious meats.

I know they are delicious, because I can smell the deliciousness with my own nose. 

We are going to put them in the refrigerator so they will be all frozen up, until Merry Christmas time.

At Merry Christmas time I always get nice pieces of those pies.

Because I have to mind everybody at our Merry Christmas parties. That is an important job. 

Day Two Thousand and Twenty

Miss Pancake 

After our breakfast Zita and the fast car went and found Niamh.

Then they went to the too much of everything store. To get groceries.

When Craig got up there was not even one T-shirt there.

So he found a nice shirt. My goodness. 

I did not know Craig had a shirt.

And it had buttons too.

Then at lunchtime Susan came here and then Zita and Susan went out to do lots of secret shopping.

And then our friend Brenda was here too.

But she did not want any coffees. So they just talked for a long time. 

I went into the den to have a nap.

Because the taking was not so interesting. 

Then I went outside for another nap, because it was very nice outside today. 

When I came back in Craig was right in his bed. 

Because he had a nasty headache. 

So I kept him company until Zita got home, and he went to very fast asleep. 

Day Two Thousand and Nineteen

Miss Pancake 

​Last night after Miss Janet went to her house Craig was very tired.

Because those stretches make him tired.

So he stayed in the big bed and I got up right beside him.

To keep him toasty war.

And we both went to fast asleep even before our dinner.

So Craig and I had a bed picnic, with sausages.

Then Susan came here for lots and lots of tea and chocolate biscuits.

I minded them until very late.

And when we went to bed it was way too late for our detectives. Oh well.

We went to sleep anyway.

We were awake very early this morning.

So we went for a very nice walk but not so long because there was some freezie rain.

Then Tarryn came here and we helped here with her important university story.

Then after she went to her lovely shop, Zita and I had a relax. 

Until it was time for her to do some important secret errands.

So I minded Craig. 

But I had to go and remind him it was time to get up,

Because he was only just listening to his very interesting book.

So when he got up, he had his coffee and as soon as he was all ready for his next coffee, Zita was home.

And she brought Niamh with her. Ha.

And a big bag of secret presents.

But I could not see them.

Because they are secret Merry Christmas presents. 

Then my friend Sach came to visit me. That was nice.

And then we all went downstairs and sat on Niamh’s comfy bedroom sofa. 

That is a good sofa, because sometimes it is a bed. Ha. 

Yesterday I went down the scary stairs and helped Zita with all the dirty as could be clothes. 

Because now that I am a big dog I can go down the stairs. Ha. 

Cousin Lucy sent me a picture from her university. 

And she had her nurses clothes on. 

Niamh did not have dinner with me.

Because she and all her friends went up to the busy street to see the very giant Merry Christmas tree.

And tonight all the beautiful light were on.

Then they went for an all together dinner. My goodness.

We had a very tasty by ourselves dinner. 

Then we had lots of time for our detectives. 

Day Two Thousand and Eighteen

Miss Pancake 

​After we had our breakfasts Zita and I and the fast car found Niamh and brought her back to our house.

Because she had even more far away meetings today. 

After we got home Zita went to her stretching meeting.

Craig only had a very little sleep in today.

Because after lunchtime Miss Janet came to do his stretches.

I stay right there in the our bedroom to make sure he is not broken again. 

Because sometimes the stretches are not even a bit comfy.

When Zita got home she brought giant croissants for our lunchtime.

They were crumbly croissants.

Those are my favourites, because I always get all the crumbs. It is our rule. 

And when Craig had his lunchtime coffee, he had a cinnamon bun too. Ha.

That was a good lunchtime for me.

Then Zita and Niamh went to Mister Bean’s shop, to find new warm feet boots for the wintertime.

I stayed here to make sure Craig was all ready for Miss Janet.

Day Two Thousand and Seventeen

Miss Pancake 

​I had even another very busy day.

Because after our nice walk and our breakfasts everybody was here.

Tarryn came and then Lee and they all went into our office.

Because Tarryn and Lee have very big and important stories to write for the university. 

Then Niamh and Miss Erin were talking to the way up north people all about a new school.

Then everybody got hungry and we had a kitchen party, with bacons and eggs and cheeses.

I got lots of tasty treats, especially those bacons.

Then everybody went back to their work.

Zita was helping Tarryn so she would have a very beautiful story.

So they sat together in the dining room.

I had a nice nap in our office.

And when Craig had his lunchtime coffee he had a cinnamon bun too. 

I got two pieces of that very big bacons. 

Then everybody came into the living room to help with Niamh’s secret present.

I did not help because I was fast asleep beside my friend Craig. 

But the ladies did not have dinner with us, because it was the hard questions restaurant night for them.

So Zita took them to that restaurant after another visit to the hardware store. 

And Mister Tyler and Mister Jamie are playing their own hockey games. 

So I only had to mind Craig and Zita. 

Then it was detective time for us. 

Day Two Thousand and Sixteen

Miss Pancake 

​I was a bit very busy today. 

And I did not go to bed until late.

Because of all the very tasty food we brought home.

So everybody just sat and talked for a long time. 

Then everybody went to fast asleep. Me too.

This morning after our all around walk I minded Niamh by myself.

Because Zita went to a very interesting meeting all about cars like Mister Clifford. 

When she came back we had a lovely lunch. 

Craig had a sleep in this morning because his book was so very interesting.

And when he had his late lunchtime, I helped him with his muffin.

And when Zita and Niamh went to Mister Preston’s giant hardware store I had to mind Craig. 

That is the store where all the fix your house people find their interesting things. 

They did not know we are not fixing houses people. Ha. 

But they were a very big help Zita said. 

When Craig had his another coffee he had a cinnamon bun too.

Because when Zita and Niamh were shopping they found Mister IKEA’s cinnamon buns. Ha. 

I did not have dinner with my friend Niamh tonight, because it dancing poles night.

Craig and Zita had yesterday’s food for dinner.

I could not have any, because it was hot on your insides, not hot on your outsides food. My goodness.

Then Craig got his feet all squeaky clean, before we watched the detectives. 

Day Two Thousand and Fifteen

Miss Pancake 

​After we got to be all awake, and had our breakfasts, my friend Niamh was here.

The fast car brought her to the right house, all by itself. That is a good car.

But then Niamh was very busy with her meetings.

And Zita remembered that it was clean the house day. Oh well.

I had an outside nap.

Because of that noisy machine.

Craig did not even have a little sleep in today.

But when he was all awake Zita and I got in the car and went to the run all around park. 

And I found a very good stick. 

Then I was as fast as could be, because sticks make you run faster. It is known.

When we came home Craig was having jamy toasts, so I helped.

Then the very busy fast car took Zita and Niamh to Mister IKEA’s store. 

And to Mister Lee’s store too. 

Because it will be Merry Christmas time, nearly very soon. Ha.

That is a very good store, because they always have tasty treats for lovely dogs like me.

When it was my lunchtime I was fast asleep outside, so I had to have a late lunch. Oh well 

After my lunch I went back outside for my afternoon nap.

Because it is not even a bit too cold for me. 

My friend Festis was having a sad today, because his team lost that football game.

So now he has to give lots of real money to his brother. Oh dear. 

Colonel Dugal is going to take them out to dinner at a very delicious from far away Mexico restaurant.

So they would not just around here and annoy each other. 

Dugal said nobody can be upset if they are all full up with delicious giant enchiladas and beers. 

That was a good idea. That is why he is their very favourite uncle. Ha.

Before dinnertime Zita and Niamh were very busy doing a very secret job.

But I could not help, not even a little bit, because of the too many sharp pointy things. 

So I went into the den and had a relax until Craig found my dinner.

And I got chicken on top. Ha. 

Zita and Niamh were so very busy that there was not even one bit of time for finding dinner.

So we all went in the fast car to get some very delicious from somewhere far away restaurant.

Craig stayed at home, because he had to mind our house. 

Zita found some soup, with spaghetties in it.

We even got delicious rollups from that restaurant. 

Rollups are my favourite. 

So after our dinner we watched the detectives together tonight.

Because there was no football games on the big television. 

Day Two Thousand and Fourteen

Miss Pancake 

​We only had a very little sleep in this morning, because we had a very busy day.

Zita talked to her own parents in far away Ireland. 

It was very rainy there and you could even swim in some of the streets.

But not their streets. That is good. 

After breakfasts we went to the giant full of everything store. 

Because we needed more Merry Christmas lights. Ones with lots of colours.

But there was not even one light for us.

But we had a very nice store adventure anyway. 

That is a good for dogs store and everybody said hello to me. 

When we got home Craig was all dressed, so he got me my lunch. 

And then he had his coffee. 

Then the fast car took Zita away.

Because she had important secret shopping to do.

And to get some delicious hot dogs.

Because that important football game is on our television tonight.

And when that happens we always have together hotdogs in our den. It is our rule.

That is a very good rule. 

I had an afternoon nap in my side yard. 

Then Craig had his toasty bagels, so I had to come in to help him.

When Zita came home Niamh and Tyler were there too.

Because they had to borrow the fast car.

Because tomorrow Tyler has to go to a not very near building for a meeting. 

And Niamh can drive him.

Because she had the fast car. Ha.

Then I helped Zita make the very tasty hotdogs. For the football game. 

We did not watch any detectives tonight, because of the not so interesting football game. 

Just the hotdogs were interesting. 

Day Two Thousand and Thirteen

​I was very busy this morning.

We went on a very very long walk.

And we went over two very tall bridges. Ha. 

When we got home Zita found Niamh and they went to a far away store to look for secret presents.

And they had treats too. 

And when they came home they stopped at Mister Kettleman’s bagel store for tasty bagels.

When they got home they thanked me for minding Craig.

That is an easy job, because he just listens to interesting books.

Then Zita gave Niamh lots of stuff from our refrigerator, so Niamh and Tyler could have bagel sandwiches for their lunchtime.

Then we took Niamh to our downtown, and we went to lots of very lovely stores.

Because we were looking for just the right secret Merry Christmas presents.

And in every store I got a treat, and everybody asked what kind of lovely dog I was.

Because there are so very many dogs like me in my city. Oh well, too bad for them. 

And after we got home Professor Jill came for a nice coffee and biscuits visit.

And then Kathy came and took Zita to a Merry Christmas shop in our big neighbourhood building .

Craig and I had a very tasty bagels for my second lunch.

Then I went outside for my next nap. 

When Zita got home it was our dinnertime, so we had dinner. 

And Craig had to find a new detective program for us to watch in our comfy bed. 

Day Two Thousand and Twelve

Miss Pancake 

​It was a very quiet day. For me.

After our breakfasts Zita went out to see her friend Maggie and have coffees and maybe biscuits too.

So I minded Craig all by myself.

When Craig got all awake and got his brand new coffee Zita went to get Niamh.

Because they had to and look for those secret presents. My goodness.

And Emmet found a do not go the wrong way aeroplane to bring him here for Merry Christmas time. 

So he will be here for all our wonderful cheeses parties. 

It was not so cold today, so I had my afternoon nap right outside. 

But just like that it was all freezy rain.

So I went back into the house, before I was all frozen up. 

When Craig had his second lunchtime, he made tasty toasts. With lots of jams too.

And they were not even too toasty. 

I helped him. That is an easy job for me. 

Then I went into my den for a nice nap on my sofa. Ha. 

When Zita and Niamh got home, it just blowing snow.

But then the fast car took Niamh to her beautiful dancing class. 

And when she is finished, she is going to make decorations. And all her lady friends too.

Maybe we will have some on our Merry Christmas tree. Ha.

We had very tasty bacon and other stuff sandwiches for dinner.

Then we went to our comfy bedroom early. 

So we could watch a lot of detectives. 

Day Two Thousand and Eleven

Miss Pancake ​

When I looked out my windows this morning, nearly all the snow was gone from our garden. Ha.

Because it was not so cold outside today.

So after our very nice long walk, the fast car took us to bring Niamh home.

So she could do her important work and have two far away meetings. 

So I was very busy minding her. 

Zita was not here, because it was her breakfast with Susan and Chris day. 

When Craig got up it was just my lunchtime, I got pastas cheese on top.

And when Craig had his coffees, he had toasts too, I was his toast helper.

Then I went back in our office and Niamh was on the comfy sofa, so I had my after lunch nap right there with her. 

Zita went to her stretching exercises doctor. 

So I had to mind Craig and Niamh and the whole house all by myself. Ha.

When she was home Craig and Zita and Niamh and I had crackers and tasty cheese in the kitchen. Ha. 

Then it was time for Merry Christmas time shopping for Zita and Niamh.

I did not get to go, because I had to mind Craig. Oh well.

Then Zita took Niamh to Mister Tyler’s apartment and came back home.

Because it was our own dinner time.

And after dinner we went into the big bedroom and watched our from France detectives.

When Craig and Zita go to fast asleep I mind them for a little bit, then I go to my watching chair.

So I can make sure everything outside is all right.

Then I go into the den and look out that window and have a very nice nap on my comfy sofa.

Then I go back into our bedroom, because sometimes I sleep in my little house. 

Or maybe back on the comfy bed and keep Craig and Zita all safe as can be. 

That is a good job for me. 

Day Two Thousand and Ten

​Miss Pancake 

My goodness we had a very very busy in the kitchen day.

After our breakfasts we made our especially delicious peaches dessert. 

And our stoved cooked it for us. 

Then Tarryn and Lee came here to do their university work and Niamh had important meetings too. 

So Zita and I went on a very long walk to the run all over park.

But we did not see any of my friends. 

And my own friend Nula moved to a different place. Too bad for us. She was a very nice friend. 

When we got home I had a little bath so I would have squeaky clean feet.

When Craig was all up he had some of the tasty dessert.

Because it was all cooked.

I helped him.

Then Zita and I got everything all ready for Niamh.

Because after her work she made us her own delicious as could be soup. 

With very fat sausages. My goodness me.

When we were finished getting ready for that soup I minded everybody.

Because Zita went to do some secret presents shopping in the fast car. 

All that snow is melting all away. That is good. 

When all her important meetings were all over I helped Zita and Niamh make our special as could be dinner.

But after diner Niamh and Tarryn went to their hard questions restaurant.

Because it was that night again. Ha,

Then Zita and Craig and I watched the from France detective. He lives in Paris.

Craig’s old friend Adam lives there too. 

Maybe they have fat croissants together. Maybe. 

Day Two Thousand and Nine

Miss Pancake 

​I was very busy this morning, because that Mister Tyler was here last night.

Because this morning Niamh and he went to the downtown.

Because it was the remember all those brave soldiers day.

Especially Niamh’s grandfather, and his very brave aeroplane, that Mister Moose. 

All the Badgers were there too. 

They waved at Niamh. My goodness me. That was very nice. 

But it was very cold outside and the Badgers did not have warm pants on.

Just their fuzzy from Scotland dresses. Oh dear me.

Zita and I went to the run as fast as could be park, for a very long time. 

And I did not get cold at all. 

Then Tyler went home and Niamh came here to my house. 

Then Zita and Niamh and I went to our little hardware store.

Because Niamh has a secret project, for a secret Merry Christmas present. 

So she had to buy things 

I got a giant treat. I always get treats at our hardware store. 

And when Zita went for her stretching exercises, I helped Niamh with the secret project.

We went downstairs and found two boxes of Craig’s fixing things.

And we put everything right beside the front door. Ha

Then I was her very best helper.

But then she found a noisy machine.

It was so loud Niamh said Holy Moly. My goodness me.

So I went in the living room.

Because Craig used the wheering machine to make the muffins toasty.

So I helped him instead. 

Then I went into my den, because it was not so noisy there. 

But then I went outside and it was not noisy at all. 

After a little bit of awhile, Zita and I brought Tarryn back to my house. 

She was very busy at her university today.

But they did not stay here, because of the around the poles dancing, and maybe that hockey game.

Because Tayler and Jamie are playing tonight.

So we had a by ourselves dinner before our detectives. 

Day Two Thousand and Eight

Miss Pancake 

When we got up this morning there was still lots of snow all over.

So Zita and I had to clean the fast car so we could go and bring Niamh home. 

She had to be very busy today, because tomorrow is the remember all the brave soldiers day. 

And we do not go to work on that day. 

So we can remember them.

Craig’s father had an aeroplane that was in a war. It was very noisy.

It was a Moose aeroplane. My goodness. 

Colonel Dugal and Furrgus and Festis were very busy getting their very best uniforms all ready.

So tomorrow they could go to the downtown, and remember everything at the very very big statue.

And listen to the sad bagpipe music. Oh dear me. 

Then they all go to the soldiers’s own restaurant, and tell very interesting, and nearly true stories. 

Dugal brings his own whiskey. 

Last night it was very noisy outside.

Because our kick the ball team was playing, up at the busy street.

And they were playing in all the snow.

And they won. 

So now they are the very best team. My goodness. 

Day Two Thousand and Seven

​Because it was sleep in Sunday we had a little sleep in.

But when we were all awake and looked out the windows we could see snow falling right on our own grass.

So we had our together breakfast and went for a walk before it was too much snow.

Craig got up anyway.

Even after I told him about the snow. 

He told me that a long time ago when we had our first snow he would just go back to bed. Ha.

He did not do that today.

He had two coffees instead.

And a cinnamon bun. Ha.

Then Zita and Mister Clifford went to get a secret present Niamh found. My goodness.

And Emmet told Craig that he was shopping for secret presents, while Doctor Alice was fixing people at her hospital. Ha. 

Zita and Auntie Eileen talked, but only for a little bit, because somebody was visiting her. 

Zita and I went for our before dinnertime walk in the snow. 

We went for a very long all over walk. 

We even went way up to the other park where I can run and run as fast as could be.

Because I do not have to have my leash on. 

Because there are no cars in the park. 

And we saw lots of very beautiful Merry Christmas lights. My goodness.

But it was only a bit too cold. 

So we did not get all frozen up like icicles. 

But when we got home I was a bit soggy. Oh well.

Day Two Thousand and Six

Miss Pancake 

​We had a very nice quiet day today.

It was not so warm outside, so Zita had to wear her fuzzy coat so she would not be too frozen.

When we got home we did not go inside.

We looked at all our very beautiful for Merry Christmas time tree lights.

And lots of them did not work even a little bit.

When we went in Craig was awake.

He had a little sleep in, but when he was all dressed we had a very lovely cinnamon bun for breakfast.

And when Zita was finished her coffees she went to that lots of things store.

And she got brand new very bright Merry Christmas time lights, for our trees.

Now Mister Saint Santa will find our house right away. Because of our beautiful lights. Ha. 

And she put lots of them in the trees right away. 

Craig and I watched out my watching window. 

She had a very very long stick to put those lights up onto the trees. 

Then Richard and Kathy came here for dinner. 

And we had very special delicious pizzas. 

I was the very best minder dog. Ha. 

I stayed in the den, on my sofa.

Because everybody was talking too loud to have my nap in the kitchen. 

But Richard and Kathy had to go and listen to music, so we still could watch our detectives. 

Day Two Thousand and Five

Miss Pancake 

​When I was all awake and having my breakfast Mister Tyler was here. 

That was a surprise for me. 

Because he and Niamh got home too late from their lots of wines party.

And Niamh and Tyler found a brand new wine that was their very favourite.

So they bought some bottles for themselves. Ha. 

But Niamh drove him to his far away meeting, so he would not be late.

When she came home she was very very busy with her important work. 

So I minded her all morning.

Then I went on an all around here little walk.

Because it was another full of all the time rain day. 

And Miss Alexa told me that we are going to have snow very soon. Oh my. 

Zita took the roof off our very lovely, in our patio, swinging chair.

So now it does not have a roof at all. Just like lots of the Badger’s castle. 

Zita was very busy this morning.

She was even throwing away all the too old medicine, from the very messy closet.

Then Craig got up.

So I helped him his with cinnamon bun lunch.

But everybody forgot it was my lunchtime too. 

And they forgot for a very long time. 

But then Craig remembered, after I barked at him. Oh well. 

Then Niamh went to get Tyler at his far away meeting, and took him to his own apartment.

Because she had to get all ready for her beautiful dances class. 

So there was just us for dinner, but I got mine first. 

And I did not even have to bark one time.

Then we went into our bedroom to watch our detective program. 

Maybe I will just go to fast fast asleep. Ha. 

Day Two Thousand and Four

​Miss Pancake 

It was not a rainy day today.

After our breakfasts we went to get Niamh, so she could work in our comfy office.

Craig did not have a sleep in today.

Because Mister Joe came to show us a new get in the bathtub machine.

After he was all gone Craig and I had a very tasty cinnamon bun.

And right away it was my own lunchtime. 

Then I helped Niamh eat her toasts.

I was very busy. 

This morning we made more bread, and we used bananas, so it was banana bread. Ha.

But we could not eat it right away, because the stove has to cook it first. 

Niamh’s important work was all finished early today.

Maybe because it is my friend Erin’s own birthday. 

But I did not see her, so we could not sing the happy birthday song. Oh dear. Too bad for us.

Then Zita and Niamh went to do some together shopping. 

So I went into my side yard and had a wonderful outside nap, in the sunny afternoon. Ha. 

Tonight Niamh and Tyler and all their friends came to my house.

Because they had to get their beautiful clothes on.

Because they went up to the busy street.

So they could go to and try lots and lots of different wines. My goodness me. 

When that Mister Tyler got here he had the beautiful jacket that Craig gave him. And it is all leather.

I know that because I smelled it as soon as he got here. 

We watched a brand new detective program, and the detective has his own church.

But it is not the same detective with the other church. 

Day Two Thousand and Three

Miss Pancake 

​Oh dear, it was another full of rain day.

So we had a good morning party.

Miss Bruna and Miss Christine came here for lots of coffees, and biscuits. 

And Tarryn was here making her new story for her university.

So Lee came here to be a big help.

So I was very busy minding everybody.

Craig was afraid to come out, so he just listened to his book. Ha.

And this morning Zita and I made our Irish bread.

So when Craig got up for his coffees, he had some, with lots of delicious jams on top.

I helped him.

And after we had two more again. Ha. 

But then I went back to mind Zita and Niamh and Tarryn and Lee, in the office.

We had all day visitors. That was a good idea.

But I had to remind Craig again about my dinnertime. 

He got confused because of those wrong again clocks. 

Niamh and all the ladies went to the hard questions Restaurant tonight.

So I only had to mind Craig and Zita for their dinner tonight, before it was time for the messy detective. 

Day Two Thousand and Two

Miss Pancake 

​When Zita and I got up, my own friend Niamh was all up too.

Because she had a very important story to finish this morning.

And it was for lots and lots of money. My goodness.

But it was not as much as Dugal’s whiskies Festis told me.  Oh dear.

After our breakfast Zita and I went for a very long all over walk.

We went over the giant bridge and I saw the empty as could be canal. 

And on our way home we met my friend Miss Tess. She is black, just like me. 

So we had a nice long together walk all the way to my house. 

When we went in Niamh was still working. 

Then Craig got up.

And when he had his too much coffee and he had Mister IKEA’s cinnamon bun too.

Because Niamh and Tarryn found them last night. At Mister IKEA’s store.

And they found a pretend Merry Christmas tree for Miss Liz. 

And they all had those delicious hotdogs for their dinner.

I got a nice piece of cinnamon bun too. 

Zita got a brand new book all about monies. So I minded her when she was reading it. 

She did not read it out loud to me.

Because there are not any fierce brave dogs in that kind of book. Or swords.

Craig’s book’s always have adventures in them. Those are our favourites. 

Tonight is the dance all round and round night for Niamh and her friends.

And after our dinner Niamh went to find Tarryn and we went into the big bedroom to watch our detectives.

This detective is very very messy. 

And he sleeps on a sofa in a very messy office. 

And he even eats his dinner there too. My goodness me. 

Day Two Thousand and One

Miss Pancake

It was a just a rainy and not a bit of lovely sunshine day.

But we had an adventure anyway.

Our fast car took us to visit the beautiful toes lady.

And Niamh came with us.

Because the nice toes lady is going to have a new baby.

And when she has that baby she will be way too busy to do beautiful toes.

So she taught my best friend Niamh how to make beautiful toes all by herself. My goodness me.

So Niamh was her best helper today.

When we got home Craig was all awake.

And Niamh went to work, and Zita made the house all spick and span, with that noisy machine.

When Craig had his too many coffees he had a cookie too.

But he shared it with me.

Then Zita went to her stretches lady, to do those stretches.

I stayed home so I could mind Craig and Niamh.

And have my afternoon nap on our own office comfy sofa.

Before our dinnertime Zita and I went to our university to bring Tarryn here.

Because it was way too rainy outside.

Then Niamh and Tarryn went to visit Mister IKEA’s store.

Because of Merry Christmas time.

And that Mister Tyler needs brand new towels.

And they told me that they were having Mister IKEA’s very delicious hotdogs for their dinner.

And maybe they would have two each. Goodness me.

Maybe they will find some cinnamon buns. Maybe.

Craig had cheese toasties for his dinner, and Zita had a salmon fishes toasty. My goodness.

Then it was detective time for us.

Day Two Thousand

Miss Pancake

After our breakfast we went to our farm for a little run around.

But you cannot go all over everywhere anymore.

Because some silly people let their nice dogs run in the full of stuff fields/

So now there are signs all over. Too bad for us.

When we got home I had my nap and Zita talked to her far away parents.

They are still alive as could be.

Today auntie Eileen is visiting cousin Emma in Galway.

Because she has a new not so very dirty apartment. That is good.

And cousin Lucy’s university team won their game. My goodness me.

That nice man came to our house before dinner and made Craig’s hair all beautiful for Merry Christmas time.

We got secret presents today. Ha. The nice man brought them in for us.

When he was finished Craig was nearly neat and tidy. Ha.

And after dinner we went to watch the very good new mystery.

And I went to fast asleep right on Craig’s feet. Ha.

Day One Thousand and Ninety Nine

Miss Pancake

We had a very nice day today, and it was for all day.

Because we were very very busy last night.

Because all the little children came to my house, in their scary clothes, but lots of them were not so scary.

There was a little boy in a go fast chair, so Craig gave him extras.

And we had our own party, because all of Niamh’s friends were here.

And we had cheeses and very little tasty rollups. And pizzas too. My goodness.

Then everybody went downstairs to get all dressed up for a scary party at their friend’s house.

So Craig and Zita and I went to bed.

Because it was late and past our bedtime.

This morning we had a lovely walk to look at all the beautiful trees.

Then the fast car took Zita and I on an adventure ride. Just to look at the whole world.

Then Niamh talked to us, because she did not have any pants. My goodness me.

She only had the shiny too short skirt from the scary party.

So we found her and brought her back to our house, so she could find nice pants.

Then we took her to the lovely shop so she could help Tarryn get it all beautiful for the Merry Christmas time.

That is why she had to have pants.

You cannot go to work with no nice pants on. It is the rule.

Then we went home.

Craig was having a little sleep in, because of the new book.

But Zita had to go back to the lovely shop.

Because Niamh forgot things here, so Zita took them to her.

And then Zita went to the little church where all the nice ladies were selling tasty treats.

So she got some, and Craig and I had some for our another lunch.

Then Zita talked to her far away sister for a long time. They were laughing all the time. Ha.

Then I minded Craig because Zita walked to the busy street, to get some very lovely breads.

Craig found a brand new detective program for us.

And we got a new machine, so we can watch Mister Tom’s detectives in our comfy bed too.

Not just in the den. Ha. That was a good idea.
