Day Five Hundred and Twenty Four

Miss Pancake   

The television said that it is going to be a very rainy day. All day.

So we went to our farm before that rain could catch us and make as soggy. 

We had a very good time, because I found my other favourite stick.

When we got home it was our day to make the house spick and span. 

I was a very quick helper today.

And then I helped Craig to get all dressed because today is his day to have his coffee with his old friends.

He had cookies too. So when I went in the den to say hello to everybody I got a bit of that cookie too. 

Craig moved the flat computer so everybody could see me on the comfy sofa. 

And then it was time for everybody to have their lunch, even me too. 

So I had my first lunchtime when Zita had the noisy floor machine downstairs. 

We put one of the brand new rugs in the dining room, under the dining room table.

But we did not like the other one so much. 

So we rolled it back up and we are going to take it back to Mister IKEA.

He does not mind if you do not like his things. That is good. 

After lunch I had my nice nap.

This afternoon Zita put my old bed in Mister Clifford. 

And then she went to look for another one so I will be all comfy and safe in Mister Clifford. My goodness me.

I did not go into my side yard this afternoon because of the rain. 

So I stayed in the house and kept Craig safe. 

Keeping my family safe is my important job. It is known. 

When Zita got home she had a brand new bed for me to have a relax in Mister Clifford.

And she had a box of those very delicious croissants too. 

And a ball that makes loud noises when it moves. It is a bit scary. 

And I have to be very brave to play with it. 

Craig and Zita had very delicious chicken for their dinner. 

When you cook chicken it smells delicious.

So I just stayed in the kitchen to be Zita’s best smeller helper. 

After dinner we went into the den and we watched our detective program. 

And Zita had a big cup of tea and Craig had hot chocolates. I got two treats. 

Then it was time for our comfy beds until tomorrow. 

Maybe we will have a sleep in with Craig. Maybe.
