Miss Pancake
We went to the farm this morning. And for a long time too.
Because today is a holiday.
But it is a remember things day too.
Because some nasty people used to take little children away from their own families.
And they had to go to far away schools where they could not be who they were.
They could not even talk like they should.
And the teachers were nasty too.
And some of the little children went to heaven. And nobody told their families. Not even ever.
That is not all right. My goodness no.
So now we have a special day to remember not to do things like that anymore. That is a good idea.
And to remember all those little children too.
When we got home Zita had to do housework on her computer, so I minded her right on my comfy sofa.
Craig had a sleep in, so he could listen to his interesting book.
Then it was my lunch time.
And Zita went out for a long walk around here. In the very beautiful sunshine.
Because there was not even any clouds up in the sky. Not even little ones.
So Craig and looked out our windows, so we could see everything.
And we saw my friends the ducks in our pond. Ha.
And when Zita got home Craig got his hair squeaky clean.
But now he is too furry and has to go to a neat and tidy shop.
Then he got his own feet squeaky clean too.
Then it was time for everybody’s diner. Mine too.
And Craig had to find a new detective program, because last night’s was not so very good. Oh well.
I kept Craig and Zita company in the den until I was fast asleep.
