Day Seven Hundred and Twenty

Miss Pancake

Today was a holiday. But I did not know that.

Maybe I forgot. Maybe. Oh well.

It is because our summertime is nearly over. Oh my goodness.

I do not think that is a good idea.

But because we did not have to go to our work, we went to our farm instead.

And I found my fast running stick right away.

Then I jumped over some very big puddles.

The fast car was very happy too. Ha.

But when I got home I had a sick tummy.

Because maybe I forgot not to eat things I find in the grass. Oh dear.

So after a little while Zita and I went outside to get some brand new holiday airs.

And then we sat on my friend Lee’s front steps.

And all of a sudden Missus Bruna and Mister Lyndon were talking to us.

Right from their front door. My goodness me.

And they were not even here.

They were on top of a mountain in far away Italy.

In a lovely restaurant having a delicious dinner.

But they could see me. Even from there. On their own phone. My goodness me.

They are having a very wonderful time way over there.

They told me so.

From that way far away mountain. My goodness me.

When I got home Zita gave me a tasty bit of banana. Because they are very good for sick tummies.

Then I had my own lunch. But not so much, because of my tummy. Oh well.

Then Zita got Profesor Jill’s cut the grass machine.

I stayed in our house to keep Craig company.

But when she was all finished Mister Clifford took all of us to our farm.

I have my very own comfy spot inside Mister Clifford.

Because he is very big.

And Zita and I had a lovely nice walking practice. I was a very good listener.

Then Mister Clifford took us for an all over adventure drive.

So we could see all the new giant buildings all over downtown.

And when we got home it was everybody’s dinnertime.

And I had a nice dinner because my tummy was all better again.

Then we went in the den to watch that very good detective program.

Craig had a coffee and some cookies and Zita had her own Irish tea.

Then it was time to go to bed.
