Day Seven Hundred and Forty Four

Miss Pancake 

My goodness me. 

When Zita and I were having our breakfasts she showed me a picture.

And it was a picture that my friend Niamh sent us.

And it was a giant fierce bear. 

And she was nearly beside it. But it did not catch her. 

And Craig told me that it was a grizzly bear. 

Not a nice black bear who eats lots of tasty blue berries.

Grizzly bears would eat anything, even peoples, or slow dogs. My goodness me. That is not so nice. 

We do not have any of those very fierce bears here. 

I hope that Mister Thumper was with her. My goodness me. 

She visited Mister Thumper at his house. 

And at night time there were very beautiful lights all over the sky. My goodness me.

That is because she is way way up in the north.

Today she was in the office of the people she talks to all the time.

My goodness she is very busy.

She will be very tired when she gets back home. It is known.

And when we went to our farm I was an especially fierce minder dog.

In case some of those fierce bears were hiding in our lots and lots of corn.

My goodness me. 

So it was a very exciting visit to our farm today. 

After the fast car took Zita to the nearly all empty office downtown Craig and I had muffins for his breakfast. 

Then it was just a Craig and Pancake morning.

So I had a very nice nap until it was my lunch time. 

And I was so fast asleep that Craig had to remind me it was time for my lunch. My goodness. 

And just when I was all finished Zita came home.

So we went into our office so we could finish our important work. 

After a while Craig made a peanut butter and jam’s sandwich. 

So I had a little break so I could help him. Then I went back to work. 

And I stayed with Zita until we were all finished our work. 

Craig had to take care of just himself. 

When we were at work, Niamh sent us more beautiful pictures. 

Mister Thumper and his friends took Niamh to see all the interesting things up there. 

And she saw some very big rivers and even very little houses.

Way way up north is not so much like here. 

They even have mountain all around. 

After we were all finished our work both Zita and I had a nice relax. 

Because we had a long day.  

After we had our dinner we watched the very good detective program that our friend Tom gave to us. 

When we watched it I had a very nice relax. Right in front of the den. 

And when I woke up it was my very own bedtime.
