Day Seven Hundred and Twenty Six

Miss Pancake

We had a nice quiet morning today.

Because it is our sleep in Sunday.

We wanted to go to our farm, but it was still too wet.

And it was not even a bit warm.

So I was very glad I am very furry. Ha.

So I minded Zita when she talked to her in far away Ireland parents.

Then Craig was all dressed and made Zita her special fluffy coffee and then he made his own little coffee too.

Zita made toasts and I got just a little bit.

Craig did not have any toasts, because he has to wait because of some medicine.

When I was just finished my lunch, Auntie Eileen talked to Zita, on her own telephone.

Craig asked my friend Emmet what they wanted Mister Saint Santa to bring for secret presents. And for Alice too.

Because Emmet and Alice will be in way far away Ireland for Merry Christmas time.

My goodness me. I did not know that. Nobody told me.

Maybe because they did not want me to be sad. Oh dear.

Maybe Mister Saint Santa will not know where they live.

Because they have a new very old apartment in that Cork City. My goodness me.

When Craig makes our special secret list he should tell Mister Saint Santa where they now live.

Or maybe I should talk to Poppy. She knows lots and lots of Saints.

Especially her friend Miss Saint Guinefort.

Then they can tell Mister Saint Santa. Ha. That is my best idea.

After lunch Zita and Susan went to do some weekend errands.

I stayed here so Craig would not forget to make his lunch.

And after his another coffee he made his peanut butter sandwich on a giant bun.

It was way too big for him, so I got some too.

Then it was time for my afternoon nap.

When Zita got back she told me it was time for an adventure.  My goodness. Those are my favourite.

So Mister Clifford and I went to the sidewalk to wait for Craig.

Then we went to the get smelly gas at the smelly gas station, and we made all the tires fatter too. Ha.

And Zita got Craig doughnuts.

So when we got to our farm and I was showing Zita my very best fast running, he had a doughnut. Ha.

And I showed Zita my very very fast turning right around.

She said I was the fastest dog at our farm. That is true.

But it was so windy that Zita had to put her coat over her head. My goodness.

So we went back home to our warm house.

And I had my dinner early.

Because I was very hungry from my very fast running.

Zita made the from far away India chicken for dinner.

Then we watched the program with the rich people.

It is a mysterious detective program. And I fell to fast asleep.
