Day Six Hundred and Eight

Miss Pancake

When I went outside this morning it was just cold and rainy. Oh well.

We went to our farm after our breakfasts.

Because today is a back to work Monday so we needed brand new heads before we started that work.

I was a bit soggy when we got home and I had to get in the bathtub so I would have clean feet. 

I could not help Craig get up this morning because we were very busy with our rascal ladies work.

But after he was all awake he had his first coffee. 

And he had one of that witch’s very delicious scones. 

When Zita had her breakfast she had one of those scones too. I helped her too.

Scones are my favourite because sometimes they make lots of crumblies and then I get them. Ha.

And after Craig had one he then had the other one. So now they are all gone. Oh well. 

My friend Niamh is very busy today in that other far far away city. 

And her hotel is right beside a very famous bridge.

Craig told me. My goodness there are houses right on the bridge.

Maybe you can go fishing from your living room. My goodness me.

There are lots of places to buy very tasty treats there. 

Maybe they had some, as a special far way treat. Maybe.

Niamh is Miss Caitlin’s best helper for the wedding. 

And tonight she is going to a very special dinner. And it is in the restaurant on the top of the hotel.

 

It is a table sheets and plate pillows diner. My goodness.

And it is with Miss Caitlin and Mr. Shandi’s families and Niamh and Sach too.

So Niamh is wearing one of her very beautiful brand new very long dresses and sparkly shoes. My goodness me. 

After my first lunch I had a bit of a nap. 

Until it was time to go back to our work.

I did not mind being at work because it is nasty outside and it is lovely in our office. 

Because of the very comfy sofa. 

After my second lunchtime the sky was there again. With sheep clouds too.

But it was still not very warm. 

And when we went to the farm we tricked the weather.

We got in the car just before all the lots of rain and the loud thunder came to catch us. Ha.

And when we got home we had some bacons for our dinner.

Then Miss Emma and Miss Rae came to visit me and their mother Miss Jennifer too. 

And we had a nice quiet visit in my side yard. 

And then it was detective time for us.
