Day Eight Hundred and Thirty One

Miss Pancake 

When we got up this morning we did not go to our farm.

Because Zita had to visit that other doctor. The kind of doctor you only go too not so very often. 

But Craig got up very very early too. My goodness me.

So we looked out the window together until Zita got home. 

Then he made two toasts and we had his breakfast together. 

Then Zita and I went to our farm. 

It was not even a bit of nice sunshine anywhere. 

And it was very windy and it made my ears all flappy. That is my favourite. 

But that wind did not make Zita ears flappy. 

Because she had on her woolly hat, and the other hat on her coast, and a scarf all around her head too. Too bad for her. 

We practiced walking without anyone holding my long leash. 

When we got home I had a nice nap, and Zita went and found Niamh.

So she could talk to my friend Miss Erin all about their work. 

When she visits us we always go on picnics, and bring home tasty treats. 

There is a snow man in my empty pond. My goodness me. 

Zita and Niamh went to visit it. I saw them from my watching window. 

At lunchtime Zita went out for coffees with Susan. 

I minded Niamh on the comfy office sofa. 

And when she was all finished we brought our giant Merry Christmas tree into our house. 

Our tree was so big that it hit the ceiling.

So we had to cut some off the top and some off the bottom too. 

With a dangerous saw. 

And we took it into our living room. I was the very best tree helper.

Then we put the bottom on, and just like that we had a giant Merry Christmas tree. 

Right in our living room, just like the last time. Ha. 

But we did not make it beautiful today.

Because it has to all fold out and be as bushy as could be.

When Niamh has her sing happy birthday day that is the day to make it beautiful. 

With all our friends. That is our rule. And that is a very good rule. 

And we have delicious treats and from far way cheese. And an all on fire cake. My goodness me.

I got my friend Niamh some birthday presents. Ha. Good for me.  

And when we were finished making that tree all straight, it was time to think all about a delicious dinner. Ha.

But Niamh and my friend Sach went out to do Merry Christmas errands. 

So after dinner Craig and Zita and I watched the detectives program. 

But I went to fast asleep right away.
