Day Nine Hundred and Ten

Miss Pancake 

I had a very exciting morning. 

Zita got up too early so we went into the living room and she had a relax on the living room sofa.

And I had a relax on my comfy chair.

And we looked out the windows and it was still snowing. My goodness.

When our relax was over, we had our breakfasts and Zita had her fluffy coffee.

Then we went to find Niamh.

But there was so much snow we had to use the shovel to get to the fast car. 

And then we had to take all the snow off it too. 

I stayed in the car so it would not be lonely.

When we found Niamh, we went to a shop to find a present. 

Because today is Miss Helena’s sing happy birthday day. 

I went in the shop with Zita and Niamh so I could mind them. 

And I was very very polite. Ha. 

Miss Helena tells people how to make aeroplanes that do not get lost, or just fall down. That is a good job.

So tonight everybody is going to her house to have tasty cake, and give her presents.

But we could not find the right present in that shop.

So we went to the lovely shop.

Because Niamh is there today, so she can help Tarryn. . 

Because today is the last day of lots of things for not so much money. 

So Niamh will find a present there, because it is all full up with beautiful things. Ha.

When we got home, right away Zita and I went for an around here walk in the snow. 

But not a very long walk because it was windy cold too. 

When we went inside Zita remembered it was a spic and span the house day. Oh well.

When Craig got up he went into the den with his good morning coffee. 

He had to have two, because he was a bit too tired. 

So he had a doughnut full of delicious blueberries. I helped him.

Then when Zita had the noisy machine, we went in the living to watch the snow. 

After that Craig and I had a fat peanut butter and honey sandwich and Zita went to Kathy’s for some tea. 

I stayed here to mind Craig. 

And have a long nap on my new and comfy chair sheet. Ha. 

And when Zita came back I took her to our farm, so she could have her exercises, and me too.

And when we got there we were alone.

Because there was not even one other thing there.

So I did my very fast running all over, where the snow was just a bit very deep.

I did not have to wear my red boots. 

Because it was still a bit icy, so I need my sharp toes to be fast. Ha. 

And I went to my tree, but I did not find any good sticks today. Oh well. 

Then I showed Zita my very best fast climbing. 

Because there were snow hills higher than our house. Zita told me. 

But I only ran up the not too high hills. 

But one time I was on the other side of the hill, and I thought Zita was lost. 

But I ran right back over the top of the hill and found her. Good for me. 

But sometimes the wind went round and round and the snow went into our eyes.

So the fast car took us home.

There are no winds inside our house. 

The inside of Festis and Furrgus’s castle is all the time windy cold. My goodness. 

Dugal says that is why Auntie Elsbeth lives in Monte Carlo, where it is not windy cold, ever. 

In a very lovely hotel. 

And she has her own room and nobody else can have it. 

Because some nice man bought it for her. My goodness. 

Tonight all the Badgers went out to dinner, with their dragon friends, Mister General Clay and Mister T’eir Ceri to a nice restaurant. 

Because today is Mister Saint David’s Day and all our dragons are from Wales too. 

So they are going to have a nice together dinner. 

And they are going to have Tatws PumMunud. 

It is the dragon’s favourite. Because it has lots of tasty leeks. 

When all the ice was melted off my toes I helped Zita with our dinner. 

We had little pies with tasty meat inside. I got a very big piece of delicious crusts.

Then I went in the den, and very soon Zita and Craig came in to help me watch the detectives program.

And when everybody had finished their snacks we went to bed.
