Day Nine Hundred and Eighty Five

Miss Pancake 

I had a very quiet busy day.

Because after our walk and our breakfast lots of men came here.

In a very big truck. So we moved Mister Clifford and the fast car.

Then that big truck stayed on our driveway. 

They brought us a brand new make the house cool machine.

But they were here nearly all the time. 

And they were in the basement and in our other garden. And they were very noisy. 

But I did not know those men, so I fierce barked at them.

So I had to stay in our office with Zita. 

They took away our old machine. Because it was way too tired. 

Niamh was downstairs working in her office, even when those men were making lots of noise. My goodness.

Then Miss Tarryn came here to keep her company. 

But it was too noisy so they went to the busy street and got lots of delicious gravy with chips underneath. Ha.

And they ate them beside our pond. 

Because it was a beautiful day. 

I stayed here so I could mind Craig when those men were here.

When Zita got home Niamh got here just like that.

Because Zita and Niamh and I had to go in the fast car to get delicious from China food.

It was for our own dinner. 

And I was their very friendly and fierce minder dog. Ha.

And we got those very crunchy rollups. 

I could smell them.

Because I have a very good nose. Ha. 

Craig always gives me the crunchy bits. Because we are best friends. 

At nighttime I keep his toes toasty warm.
