Miss Pancake
Zita and I had a nice little sleep in this morning, because it is sleep in Sunday.
Craig had a big sleep in and listened to his new book.
We did not go to the farm today because it was already too hot at the farm.
So we just went around here, and we only went where our lovely trees made everything shady.
When we went by the very big church I practiced going up and down the stairs.
And when we got to the old school I practised walking around the bicycle holders. That is not so very easy.
Then it was getting too hot everywhere so we went back home to our cool house.
Craig got all dressed by himself this morning, so maybe he was not sore at all today. Ha.
And when he had his coffee he had a giant croissant, just like he promised.
But I had to help him, because it was a giant croissant.
Then it was my lunch time and when I was all finished it was Craig’s lunchtime and he had another croissant.
But this time it was all full of tasty butter. I had to be his helper again.
And he had his another coffee too. Then it was time for my relax.
After lunchtime Zita went downstairs again.
Because she is making everything neat and tidy.
And she found lots of extra clothes. And they were not even ours.
So she took them to that store for people with not enough clothes. That is a good store.
I stayed here so I could mind Craig.
I stayed inside because it was way too hot in my side yard.
When she came back she had a birthday present for Craig’s mother.
But she will not know when it is her birthday, because she does not even know Craig or Zita. Oh dear.
And she always thought Miss Poppy was a boy dog. Too bad for her.
Mister Lyndon came over for a visit. And he had two beautiful pictures.
And one of them was Zita and I doing our nice walking. My goodness that was a good idea.
Zita and Craig had used Indian food for their dinner. I got some squishy bread.
Then it was time for us to watch the very good detective program.
And for Zita to have her favourite tea. Craig just had mister IKEA’s cookies.
I had a very nice long relax right beside my friend Zita.
And when I woke up for my after dinner treat it was our bedtime.
