Day Six Hundred and Sixty Nine

Miss Pancake

We had a sleep in this morning.

After I got up to make sure everything outside was still all right.

And it was.

So Zita and I went back to bed and we went to fast asleep just like that. My goodness.

And when we got fast awake it was still a beautiful day outside.

So we went to our farm before it was too hot.

And after we had a lovely walk all around, we sat underneath a very big tree and Zita took all my tangly fur away.

Because she brought her beautiful dog tools with her. That was a good idea. 

Then we went back to the fast car, and it took us home and I had a little bath to get clean as could be feet.

Then Craig was all dressed and he made Zita her fluffy coffee and his own just all black coffee. 

And he had two of those very little muffins for our breakfast.

Then Zita and the fast car went to have tasty treats with Susan. Ha.

I stayed here because it was nearly my own lunchtime.

When Zita came home she had a box, and inside were Scotsmen’s scones.

From the very best shop ever. 

And it was a tasty present, because tomorrow is my friends’ Craig and Zita anniversary. My goodness me. 

But he did not eat them all, just one, and I got the very last bit. Ha.

Then we went on an adventure ride with Mister Clifford. 

We went to a little only sometimes there restaurant beside the river.

But it was all full up. 

But we are going to go for a brunch time dinner there next week. 

Because dogs can go to that restaurant too. Ha. That is a good restaurant. 

Then we went to a shop to get some cold water.

Because I was very hot. I have my own water bowl in Mister Clifford. So then I was not so hot.

And we went to our farm for a very little meander. 

Because the sidewalks were too hot for my feet. So then I sat in the shade with Craig and Zita and Mister Clifford.

And when we got home the house was not even a bit hot. Because of our cool house machine. Ha.

And Zita went to the nice man, on the busy street, and he made us two very delicious rollups.

So we had them for dinner. Ha. 

Then it was time for our detective program.
