Miss Pancake
We had another busy day.
Because it is our no work on Wednesday we had a very nice all morning relax.
Then Niamh and I and Miss Dina helped Zita decide which beautiful dress she should wear in Ireland. My goodness, so many dresses.
But when we were doing that Craig got up and had his very first coffee.
And he had a very fat oranges muffin too.
So I went into the living room to help him, and to watch the garbage men.
But as soon as I had my lunch Mister Clifford took Craig and Zita away.
Because Craig was too fluffy and had to go to the neat and tidy shop. Ha.
And right next door was Niamh’s favourite giant hamburger shop.
So when he was all neat again they went there for their lunch. My goodness.
And Zita stole lots of his too many chips. Ha.
And she had very fat onion chips. My goodness me.
Craig had to have a big lunch because Zita is going out for diner tonight with her lady friends.
And he will only have another peanut butter sandwich.
So Zita said he had to have very real food today. Ha.
It was not so very warm today so Craig had to wear one of his Scotsman’s shirts.
And when they got home Craig asked me if he looked younger.
But I did not know.
Because I was not here when he was young. My goodness no.
Nobody in my family was here when he was not old. Oh well.
Then those three boys from the university came to get the piano from the basement.
They brought a big truck. That is good.
They have to have our piano for their important experiments at the university. My goodness.
They were very funny.
I do not think they knew how to do this. Oh dear.
But they did not get all squished up. That was good.
At lunchtime Zita talked to Doctor Alice and asked all about lovely restaurants in Cork.
So Zita and Auntie Eileen can have a delicious lunch with them.
After the university gives Emmet the funny hat and beautiful red coat, but with no sleeves.
My goodness me. That is a silly idea.
Zita and Susan and Chris went to Miss Irene’s restaurant for dinner.
And Zita brought our postcards from the badgers.
So all their friends could read those cards, Zita put them on the big wall. That was a good idea.
Niamh and Tyler went to the hard questions restaurant for dinner, so it was only me here to mind Craig.
We only had a little sandwich, because he was still full up with hamburgers.
Then he watched a hockey game, but it was not our team, so it did not matter.
I had a nap.
