Day Seven Hundred and Sixty

Miss Pancake 

My goodness gracious me.

Our party was such a very good party everyone stayed even to past my bedtime.

And we ate so much of Mister Kieran’s very delicious sauce that we nearly did not have enough tummy room for our desserts. But we did. 

And we had two desserts. 

Pumpkins pie and our favourite famous with strawberries dessert. The one Zita makes all by herself.

And everybody was here, except for Emmet and Miss Alice.

Even Mister Aidan was here. 

He was a bit late, because of his work with the rascals. 

And Mister Aidan wants to get a brand new catch the sheeps puppy dog. 

Like Miss Shadow. That is a good idea. 

When everyone was as full as could be, they all went up to the beautiful cottage. 

So they could have an altogether breakfast.

But Craig and Zita and I stayed right here. Because it was past our bedtime. 

This morning it was a very beautiful day, but Zita and I had a nice sleep in. 

Because we were very busy last night.  

We did not go to our farm this morning, but Zita had her own very delicious dessert for our breakfast. My goodness.

Craig only had a very little sleep in.

Because a man came to buy some extra things from Craig.

But I did not like him so very much, so a gave him a very fierce growl.

But Zita said I could not just bite him all over. Oh well. Too bad for me. 

So we went to the farm to practice my very fast running in the beautiful all over sunshine. 

We had a very good time. 

And when we got back home there was only Craig there. That was good. 

After I had my lunch Zita and the fast car went to the cottage for a lovely swim, before it got too cold.

Niamh and Tyler and all our friends went swimming too.

But they did not stay in the water so very long.

But my friend Zita did. Because we are fierce. 

And then lots of people played football. 

Even Niamh and Taylor. 

But nobody broke anything. 

That was good, because Doctor Alice was still in far away Cork with my friend Emmet. 

And when everybody was too tired, they went inside the cottage for a relax.

Then the fast car brought Zita and Niamh and Tyler home.

I stayed here to mind Craig, and we had one of the giant muffins for his first lunch. Ha. That was a very good idea.

Then I had a nice nap.

Because I was up very late last night minding the whole party.  

All by myself.

Because everybody else was just having a delicious dinner. 

And I only got some bits of carrots and some very squishy cheese.

Craig was in the den watching the football games. I stayed in the living room.

Because I was very fast asleep. Ha. 

Then Craig found the rest of Zita’s delicious dessert in the refrigerator. Ha.

And he had it for his lunch.

I got a very tasty strawberry and it was  all covered in that fluffy cream. 

And it was the very same dessert that Zita had for her breakfast. That is a very good dessert. 

And it was a very tasty dessert for me.

When Zita got home it was dinner time, so Craig and Zita had the very tasty meats that my friend Kieran made yesterday.

I got cheesie treats on top of my own dinner.

Then it was out detective program time. 

What a busy day I had.
