Day Three Hundred and Seventy Nine

When my friend Niamh got home last night she told me all about her adventures in a bit far away Toronto.

Yesterday they had their breakfasts in a restaurant that had real people making music. Right in the restaurant.

And there were tables and tables full right up to the top with very delicious food. And everything had sour cream. Ha.

Cream is my favourite. 

That is a good restaurant. My goodness me.

But she was very tired too, so everybody went to bed. 

But when we got up it was go to work Monday. Oh well.

So after breakfast Zita and I went to our farm. It was still very early.

But we had to have a relax to be all ready to go to work. 

I saw some more of those very noisy smelly geese. Ha.

We met a man from England and he was wearing short pants. My goodness.

But he was very nice anyway. 

There is still lots of corns for the nice farmers. 

When Niamh was awake she and the fast car went to do errands for Craig. 

Because some of his brand new jeans were ready. So she went and got them. 

Then at lunchtime she went to that train station, to find a friend who had to get on a way too early in the morning train. 

When Craig got up her had his very clean new socks on. I got right up on our bed so I could help him.

Then Zita made everybody some coffees and toasty cross buns.  did not think buns got cross. 

Maybe they wanted to be very tasty croissants. Maybe. 

I got some bits too. Then I went back into our office so I could mind Zita. 

After I had my lunch Zita and I went for our lunchtime walk around.

Because my friends Festis and Furgus are still away being very secret I have to make sure my neighbourhood is all safe.

That is a very important job for me. 

At night when I am fast asleep Colonel Dugal helps too. 

Because our Badgers do not sleep so very much at night. 

They just have very long naps in the daytime. And go out for tasty meals at lovely restaurants. 

When we got home I helped Craig look out my watching window.

Then he made a very tasty peanut butter sandwich. 

After I helped him I went back into our office to help Zita.

I was a very busy helper today. 

So I had a lovely all afternoon nap beside my friend Zita.

And when our work was finished we went for a before dinnertime walk. 

And when we got home it was nearly time for my dinner. And Craig and Zita’s’ too. 

They had own made fat hamburgers. 

And after I had my second dinner it was time to watch our detective program.

Before we went to to our comfy beds.
