Day Three Hundred and Sixty Seven

Miss Pancake 

Today is our do not go to work Wednesday. So we did not go working at all.

We did everything else instead. 

So I had a very busy morning.

We had our together breakfast first and then we went to our farm. Before it got too hot again. 

When we got home I found out that it was one of those spic and span the house days. 

So I was very busy helping Zita.

Then it was time for us to take Niamh to her work in our fast car. 

But after she got out of the car we did not go home. 

Because we went to the treat store to get some very tasty cheesie treats for me.

Then we went to a park. And it had a big fence all around it. 

And it was a park just for dogs to run all around in. My goodness me. 

So Zita and I walked all around the outside so I could see everything.

Then we went inside and Zita let go of the leash, and I practiced coming right back to her. 

I got lots of those cheesie treats. Ha.

And when we got home Zita made some toasts for Craig and I helped him. 

Then it was my own lunchtime. 

And Auntie Eileen phoned us too. 

So Zita sat on our lovely swing and talked to her for a long time. 

I watched everyone right from my own comfy watching chair. 

I had a very busy morning. So I was a little bit tired.

Because I did not have even one morning nap. Too bad for me. 

Emmet is still nearly finished his giant story. 

But today he is writing about his very favourite part, all about cutting off people’s heads. My goodness me. 

I am glad it is a long long time ago story. 

I would not like to see an all cut off head. 

But there was lots of Irish tea there so Emmet was not scared at all. 

When Zita came in we went in our car to the beautiful nails shop, so I could have a pedicure. 

That is how you get beautiful toes. Ha.

But I did not get them all painted like my friend Niamh. 

I was very brave and the nice lady said I was the best dog ever. Ha. That is true.

But when we got home Zita found the noisy clean the floor machine. Oh well. 

So I could not have my nice afternoon nap. 

Because of the noisy machine. 

So I guarded Zita so that machine would not get her. Ha. 

Then our fast car took Zita to do her errands so I minded Craig.

And then I had lots of time for my naps. Good for me.

When Zita came home she had to go out again, right away.

Because Professor Jill hurt her leg and cannot walk all the way to our university. 

So Zita drove her there.

And the fast car brought my friend Niamh home too. 

And when they got home they had hamburgers from Mister McDonald’s restaurant and some pretend chips too. Ha. 

That is a good car for us. 

I got some pretend chips too. 

Then Zita went to find Professor Jill at the university.

But she forgot she gave the fast car to Niamh. Oh dear.

And she had to borrow Susan’s other car to get Professor Jill and take her home. 

Then we watched the funny detectives who live in the same apartment. 

But I fell to fast asleep again.

Because I had a very busy day.
