When I looked out my watching window this morning all the snow was nearly gone.
Because last night was an all the time rainy night.
But after we had our breakfast we went to our farm anyway.
Because the farm is always a lovely place to go, even in the rain.
But it was very early in the morning and there were even other people there too. With their dogs. My goodness.
But when we got back to the fast car Zita and I were as soggy as could be. My goodness me.
But my friend the fast car did not mind.
When we got home Zita had to change all her clothes and I had to have a little bath.
Then it was a go to work Monday so we went to work. Oh well.
And Niamh was awake early today too and she went to her lovely shop.
That shop is very very busy because everybody needs wonderful secret presents for Merry Christmas.
Craig did not have toasts this morning. He only had his favourite coffee.
At lunchtime he did not even have a sandwich.
He had some of the very little special for Christmas time oranges. I got one piece too.
They bare a bit hard to eat because they are all slippery.
Then Zita made some toasts and she made one for Craig too. Good for me.
Then I went back into our office to be Zita’s helper.
Festis and Furrgus and Dugal
Well it is obvious to us that we cannot delay our return home any longer.
This morning neither my brother could fit in to our bathing costumes.
This result is directly related to Elseabth’s penchant for dining out, and we being weak willed, have followed along like the proverbial sheep.
Even what passes for a healthy breakfast is overwhelming.
If this goes much further we will no be in any shape, other than pear, for Mrs. T’s Christmas Eve soirĂ©e.
So we have booked a flight home, arriving on the 21st.
That will give us enough time to fill any gaps in our Christmas shopping, and perhaps get some exercise in.
Miss Pancake
At lunchtime Craig’s mother fell again so an ambulance came to take her to the other hospital.
Then Zita went there too to make sure everything was alright.
I stayed here to mind Craig and remind him to take his not too sore medicine. That is a good job for me.
But they lost Craig’s mother in the hospital so Zita came home and she brought the very delicious food from India with her.
We even had my favourite squishy bread. Ha.
Then Zita went back to the hospital when they found Craig’s mother. Maybe she was hiding.
Niamh did not have any of the very tasty food with us.
Because she had to find Tyler at the train station. So he would not get lost, like Craig’s mother.
After the ambulance doctors found Craig’s mother they looked at her and said she was alright and could go back to her little apartment. That was good.
But when Zita got back home it was too late to watch our detectives so we went to bed. All of us. Ha.
