Day Eight Hundred and Ten

Miss Pancake 

We had a very nice quiet day today.

Because everybody was very busy.

And it was not so very nice outside. Oh well.

After our around here walk, Miss Dina came to work with Niamh. In the living room.

So Zita and I went into our comfy office to do our work. 

When Craig was dressed he went right into the den for his first coffee. 

I stayed with Zita because we were very very busy.

And we were a bit tired because last night Zita had a sick tummy. 

So I was her best nurse. Until we went back to fast asleep.

Last night Niamh and her friends went to their favourite restaurant downtown.

But they did not win at that hard questions contest. I do not know why. 

And yesterday some nasty person stole all of Tyler’s boxes of his secret Merry Christmas presents. He should get a fierce minder dog like me.

Maybe that is why they did not win last night. Maybe someone stole it. My goodness me. 

After lunchtime Zita and cousin Lucy and Mister Clifford went to the secret downtown room with a giant box of candies. 

But they were not for us. They were for the big rascal ladies party. Oh well.

But when they got home Zita made delicious toasts with jams for Craig and me. In the den.

He was just listening to his music with those big headphones. 

So he could listen to his loud bagpipes music. And nobody could hear them. 

My goodness, when work was over Niamh and cousin Lucy and their friends went to a hockey game. 

Cousin Lucy has never seen a hockey game. 

I see them right on our television in the den. Ha

So Zita and I drove them to downtown where the big yellow bus took them to the hockey game. 

I stuck my head out the window of our fast car all the way home. But I got a bit soggy. Oh well.

When we got home it was dinner time for Craig and Zita and me. Ha. 

Then we watched the very funny detectives until it was all finished.

So we had a nice early go to bed.
