Day Eight Hundred and Sixty

Miss Pancake

When Zita and I got up it was a very bright day outside.

Because of the lots and lots of sunshine.

But it was still a bit too cold out, so we decided to wait until it was a better time to go outside.

So we went into our office and I found my favourite warm spot right on the comfy sofa.

Then we had a very long meeting, and when I woke up it was time to go to our farm.

So we could have empty heads for the afternoon.

Before we went to the farm I saw a chipmunk on my patio.

Chipmunks are not so very big.

That is why they are not squirrels.

Craig did not get up even a bit early today.

Because that nasty cold is still making him a bit too all the time sleepy.

Last night I kept him toasty warm.

And this morning he said I was a better feet warmer than Zita.

Because I am warmer and do not wear socks.

Ha. Good for me.

When we got home I had a very nice warm my feet bath.

Because my toes were too dirty and full of nasty ice.

Because I did not wear my red boots today. Oh well.

But when I got out of the bathtub I was toasty warm again.

And squeaky clean too. Ha.

Then Zita and I went back to our important work.

But then she went to the mail store and to the grocery store.

So I had to help Craig with his second lunchtime.

And when Zita got back home it was time for dinner. For everybody.

Craig and Zita had those delicious cooked pies full up with chicken.

But when they were in the stove Zita started to take all the very lovely decorations off our Merry Christmas tree.

Because even the last Christmas time is over. Too bad for us.

Because those Merry Christmas times are our favourites.

We had an early dinnertime, so we could have lots of relax time, on my comfy sofa.

And time to watch our detective program before we went to fast asleep.
