Day Three Hundred and Forty Two

Miss Pancake  

It was a beautiful and not even a bit hot day today. 

So we had a little sleep in before we had our breakfast and our cappuccinos

Then the fast car took us right to our farm for a very long run all around. 

We did not see my cows. Zita said they were having a sleep in too. 

When we got home my friend Niamh was all awake too. 

And after breakfast we went in the side yard and she taught me how to dance. 

Because a long time ago she went to a special all the time dance school. 

Then Zita took her to her beautiful shop. I did not go because then she had to go grocery shopping.

So I minded Craig while he talked to his old friends in his flat computer. 

But then Zita came home with all the tomatoes in the world and we helped her.

And had a croissant and a pear. I never had a pear before. 

They are very juicy. 

Today is our make Zita’s very delicious pasta’s sauce day.

So we had to get every pot in our kitchen to cook those special from Italy tomatoes.

We even got the giant pot too.

I was Zita best kitchen helper. Ha.

If you do not use those from Italy tomatoes you will not have delicious sauce. It is the rule. Ha. 

Miss Tara visited Zita’s mother and father in Dublin with Auntie Eileen’s family. 

And they had tasty treats too. 

Because in Ireland you have to have lots of delicious food when you visit people. That is their rule. It is a good rule. 

And then Zita’s father let everyone swing on Zita’s swing.

But then Tara had to go and find the train that could find Cork, so she could visit Emmet too.

My goodness she is a very busy person. It is known. 

Professor Jill came over for some cappuccino and I got to lick the spoon. Ha.

When they were talking, Zita was still making her special sauce. 

So I stayed in the kitchen to help her. 

After you cook all those tomatoes you have to squish them all up. 

And then you put everything in the giant pot and cook them forever. 

And when forever is over there will be lots and lots of sauce. Just for us. 

And before dinnertime Susan came over for a nice visit with Zita.

They sat in our other side yard. Where we grow the tasty vegetables. 

I stayed inside and minded Craig. That was easy, because he was just walking the football game. 

Zita and Susan talked for so long their mouths got so dry they had to get some wine.

Niamh and Tarryn came home but they got into Mister Jamie’s giant car and went for a tasty dinner.

So Craig and Zita had a little dinner by themselves before we watched our detective program and I had a nice nap.

Zita had a little nap too.
