It was a beautiful full of lots of sunshine morning and it was not even so cold.
So after our breakfast Zita and I had a very long all around my own streets.
And we practiced our home work too. My goodness me.
But when we got home my friend Emmet was now Doctor Emmet. My goodness me.
Now it is Doctor Emmet and Doctor Alice.
But they are not the same doctors.
But I do not know why they have the same name. Nobody can tell me. Oh well. Maybe it is a secret. Maybe.
Craig and Zita were very happy. So was Miss Poppy.
I could hear her barking right inside my head.
Craig said she got to be a posthumous doctor.
Because you can still get medals even when you are in heaven.
Just like brave soldiers. Ha.
I did not know that. My goodness that is a good idea.
So now everybody in far far away heaven will call her Doctor Poppy. Ha.
Maybe she will get to wear a funny floppy hat like Emmet will.
Emmet’s Uncle Bill was very very happy too. Doctor Poppy told him.
Then they went on his brand new flying motorcycle and had a very delicious from China dinner.
For a celebration feast. Ha. Emmet will like that.
In heaven dogs can have all the tasty food, even chocolate ice creams.
Uncle Bill’s motorcycle has a special extra seat for nice dogs like Poppy. That is a very good idea too.
Craig put way too much strawberries jam on his lunchtime toasts.
But we ate them anyway.
At lunchtime Zita talked to Auntie Eileen in Ireland. And she laughed a lot.
I had a very lovey nap on my sofa in the den.
But I was all awake when Zita was all finished working so we could go for our long before dinner walk around.
Then she went downstairs and had a lovely hot bath in the giant bathtub.
When she was all toasty she and Mister Clifford went and got Craig his medicine. Then it was dinner time for everybody.
And when Zita and Clifford got home they brought us very tasty roll ups from the nice man on the busy street.
And that is what we had for our dinner. Ha.
Then it was detective program time for us.
Zita said after Emmet finished answering all the questions about his giant paper he had a nasty headache.
So I think he had a very big nap this afternoon.
Now he does not have to answer questions at the university, because now it is his job to ask the questions. Ha.
