Day Six Hundred and Fifty

Miss Pancake 

It was an all the time rainy morning today. With bouncy rain. 

And when we got home from our morning walk I was as soggy as could be.

So I had to get in the bathtub and get clean. 

And when I was a bit all dry I went into the bedroom to help my friend Craig get all dressed.

But when he went in the kitchen to make his coffee his T-shirt was on backwards. 

Oh dear. And it is my job to make sure his T-shirt is on the right way.

So people will not think he is too old to get dressed the right way. 

But this morning it was on backwards. 

Because Craig was telling me all about that lovely birthday party, and I forgot about the T-shirt. Oh my goodness.

But he did not mind, and made his coffee anyway. That was good.

And if you put your T-shirt on the wrong way there, is no pocket for tasty treats. My goodness. 

Then Craig helped me look out the window at the whole world.

And Mister Clifford took Zita up to the busy street. 

Because of the all the time rain.

And when she got home she had lots of very tasty treats, even croissants and raspberries buns. My goodness. 

Emmet had the chocolate croissants. Ha.

Craig and I had the raspberries buns.  

Niamh was still at the ladies before a wedding party, in the cottage. 

She was there yesterday too. 

But she came home this afternoon. 

She had a clean all over shower before she went to visit Mister Tyler.

When she was gone I had a very long relax. 

So did Craig, because he was writing a new All About the Badgers story. My goodness me. 

But my friend Emmet was very busy in the very comfy bedroom, writing an even different interesting story. 

Emmet is always very busy. 

So sometimes I have to chase him all around my house. Ha. 

You cannot write stories when I am chasing you. My goodness me no. 

After Craig and I had our peanut butter and honey sandwich Zita went downtown to buy lots of things to make delicious food.

Because we are going to have a party. In our house. 

To be very happy together with my friend Emmet, because now he is a university doctor. 

Miss Alice is a hospital doctor. They are different. I do not know why they have the same names. Oh well. 

So lots of people will be here, and we are going to have delicious food and even cheeses. 

Cheeses are my favourite, and croissants too. 

Because I am from France. Ha. 

Craig and I had a nice sandwich for lunch. I like peanut butter sandwiches too. 

Zita and I went for a before dinner walk, but it was just around here. Because of the all of a sudden rain. 

We had steaks for our dinner tonight. Ha. 

I got a big bite of some. 

Then everybody talk all about Emmet’s teaching at the university. That was very interesting.

But I fell asleep.

Then we watched our detective program until I woke up and then it was time for comfy beds.
