Miss Pancake
I was the very best hero dog this morning. Ha.
Giant raccoons tried to get into my house.
And there were even two of them.
And they were going to steal all our lovely everythings.
But I heard them before they got in.
And I ran as fast as could be from my comfy bed right to my back door .
And I gave them my very most fierce bark.
So they ran onto my very own shed.
But then they ran fast away and hid in Jennifer’s backyard. Ha. Too bad for them.
Craig went back to sleep but Zita and I went into the living room and we had a very nice nap.
Until it was our breakfast time.
And after Zita had her tasty cappuccino, I had my own breakfast.
And since we were as fast awake as could be, we went to the farm before it got too hot for us.
So I practiced my fast running.
You cannot be a fast runner when it is too hot. It is known.
Then we just had a nice walk back to our fast car before we went back to our house.
When we got home we turned on the house cooler machine. That was a good idea.
After Zita talked to her in far away Ireland parents, Craig got up and it was my own lunchtime. My goodness.
And when I was all finished he had his coffee. And a cookie.
Then Zita went into the side yard to make it clean and beautiful.
But I could not help because she had to use the very loud blowing everything everywhere machine.
So I stayed inside so I could guard Craig.
Last night Niamh and Tyler went to a very purple place, maybe it was a restaurant, maybe.
But Niamh said that it had very very lovely bathrooms.
It is important to have nice bathrooms if you want Niamh to go there. She told me so.
And there are pictures of ladies with funny hats in Emmet and Alice’s very old hotel.
Craig did not know why. Me either. Oh well.
Zita put some of our very own flowers in the dining room and now it smells very lovely.
Flowers are our favourite.
We did not go on a before dinner walk today.
Because it was a bit too hot. So I just minded Zita when she talked to auntie Eileen.
And we had more steak for dinner too. Ha.
Then we only watched a bit of the detective programme.
Because we have to get up very early tomorrow. Oh well.
