So early that Little Victories was not open yet.
So we had to wait until we were returning to get our coffee and chocolate croissants.
But when we got home everyone was up and awake.
But our Emmet went back to bed after his morning tea.
As they were feeling the after effects of the flu vaccination.
We woke Dugal, so the three of us could have the another breakfast with Mrs. T and young Niamh.
When we had our first nap Mrs.T drove Niamh to The Three Trees before she went to do her errands.
When Mr. T got up for his coffee young Emmet appeared looking for tools.
Now the front hall closet hides an enormous tool chest filled with everything you could ever need to fix things.
We avoid it like the plague.
When Mrs. T came home Mr. T was about to make his next coffee so he made a frothy laté for her.
And they had their lunchtime morning toasts together looking out the window.
Then Mrs. T worked at the arraignments to get Miss Pancake here.
Which unfortunately is proving more complicated than expected.
But in order to be prepared Mrs. T made sure that the side yard had no escape routes.
Mr. T said it was easy to forget how small puppies are, and how easy it is for them to go exploring.
Just by themselves. Oh my goodness me.
I suspect escape patrol is another task to add to our remit.
Until she learns to just stay here in her own home. My goodness.
Young Emmet is taking it easy and only appearing upstairs to replace his tea mugs.
Before Mrs. T went and picked our young lady up at The Three Trees.
She went to Miss Tarryn’s to finish writing very important letters to some professors.
Tonight is Emmet’s last dinner here before flying back to Cork city.
But after attending a famous conference in Holland in the summer they will be back here for more that a month.
Preparing to show some people that he knows everything there is to know about those very old and important stories.
All the ones all about the ancient Irish heroes.
Like Mister Cú Chulainn and Mister Conall Cernach.
Then our own Emmet Taylor will become, just like that, Doctor Emmet Taylor PHd.
My heart, won’t that be the day.
He did not stay at the dining room table very long tonight because he is still a bit tired .
So Mr. and Mrs. T went into the den for their very exciting spy program.
We, on the other hand played a few hands of poker, until our Niamh came home.
