Miss Pancake
In my own bed. Right beside Niamh’s bed. With my giant comfy pillows too.
And Miss Tarryn was there too. Ha.
And when I woke up we went outside. So I could smell the wind.
And know what was happening in my neighbourhood.
We had a together breakfast and then Miss Sach was here too. Ha.
But my friend Zita was not here.
Because she went on an aeroplane to way far away Ireland yesterday.
And she is still there. Oh my goodness.
Now she cannot watch the detective programs with me. Oh dear.
But when Craig was all awake we were all ready for another adventure.
So I took Niamh and Tarryn and Sach to the giant farm.
So I could show them what a very fast runner I am. Ha.
I am a very fast runner. Ha.
Then we took Sach back to her very noisy Jeep and Niamh and Tarryn brought me home.
Because it was time for them to go to the lovely Three Trees store. Niamh always works there on Saturday.
When Craig had his first coffee he had a filled up croissant too.
It was so tasty when he had his next coffee he had another one. My goodness.
I had some very little bits of croissants. But I got to lick both plates as clean as could be. Ha.
Just like the dishes washer. Good for me.
Then it was time for my morning nap.
I got up on the other chair when Craig was making his other next coffee. Ha.
Festis and Furrgus
Well last night seemed to go off without a hitch. Miss P slept through the night in Niamh’s rather extravagant bedroom.
Though she did complain when there was no Mrs. T to sit on the sofa with her last night.
This was eventually overcome by the delivery of some McDonald’s ersatz chips.
As the weather was rather conducive to meandering, this morning after patrolling our block we reached Bank Street.
And we got there before the slugabeds flooded the place.
So it was breakfast poutine at Irene’s before ordering our weekly supply of cream buns at Ichiban.
With Mrs. T absent we thought it wise not to rely on Craig to maintain a supply of late night refreshments.
We have heard from Lochlainn that cook is head over heels with the inundation of cookbooks.
Though she questions the ability of McWilliams to supply the required ingredients for many of the recipes.
We will rely on Cousin Morag’s relationship with Fortnam and Mason to handle these difficulties
I do say diner at the old pile may well be finally something to look forward to.
Miss Pancake
I got a letter from my friend Zita. And her aeroplanes did not get lost.
So she is already in Ireland.
And she visited her mother in that hospital and showed her lots of pictures.
Maybe even some of me. Maybe.
Zita’s mother and father do not have a nice dog to take for lovely walks.
So her father has to take giant birds for their walks instead. Oh dear. Too bad for him.
Zita and her father watched an important game on the television.
And Ireland won the game.
But England did not. Oh well.
Craig did not tell my friend Zita that I got up on the other chair for my nap.
He says she has enough to worry about. Oh dear.
So after our tasty lunch I got up on my own comfy chair.
It is a very good watching window chair.
Then I was a bit tired so Craig and I went into our den and I did not even have a nap.
I had a big sleep.
Right on my very comfy sofa. I was tired because of all my fast running this morning.
But then when we were making the kitchen all tidy my friend Niamh was home.
And right away she went downstairs to put on brand new clothes.
But when she had her new clothes on she and I went downstairs. To make her bedroom neat and tidy too.
Then she had to do some homework for her university and I had to have my dinner.
So I went upstairs and had my dinner. Then I minded Craig from my very comfy chair.
There is a hockey game on the television tonight. But Craig’s team does not win so very often.
So sometimes we only watch a very little bit.
Niamh had to go out to do an errand.
Because tomorrow is Miss Tarryn’s own birthday. Oh my goodness.
And it is my go to school day too.
And my friend Zita will not be here to go to school with me. Oh dear.
How will everybody know that I did all my homework. My goodness gracious me.
It will be a very busy day tomorrow.
So I had a very nice nap on the comfy sofa while Craig watched the hockey game.
His team nearly won tonight. But they did not.
Then I went with Niamh to get Tarryn.
Because she is going to stay here tonight and go to my school with us tomorrow morning.
