Day Three Hundred and Sixteen

Miss Pancake

I had a very very busy morning.

First Zita and I went to our farm. And we had our good morning to everything exercising.

And we did our homework from yesterday.

And when we got home it was all of a sudden go to work Monday.

So Zita and I went into our rascal ladies office.

Then Niamh was all awake too.

So we had our breakfast outside in the side yard.

Because it was a beautiful morning.

Then we practiced our new tricks. And I remembered them all.

And this morning Craig found some new music speakers for Niamh.

And they were for free.

So she went in the fast car and brought them home.

But then it was time for us to go to my little hospital to get my medicine so the nasty bugs will not bite me. That was a good idea.

We went and got Tarryn first. So she would get all fast awake this morning.

I could not put my head out the window because we went on the very fast roads to my hospital. Oh well.

Furrgus and Festis

We have discovered the most remarkable news.

Our young Niamh’s friend’s mother is Miss Suzy Q.

The very best doughnuts ever imaginable. My goodness.

Perhaps we can get an in bulk discount.

My goodness we were quite taken aback let me tell you. But delighted mind you.

So we set out in height spirits this morning. Thoughts of doughnuts dancing through our minds.

We accompanied young Emmet to Bank Street. It was time to visit Doctor Don the dentist.

Then we headed off for a couple of omelettes and some fresh blueberry muffins at The Wild Oat.

Summertime is the season of the year for those of us who delight in fresh fruits. And the inevitable pies. My goodness, what a time.

Dugal sent his telegraph to instruct the family lawyers to take a hard line in driving down the price of Dunbeath. Anonymously to be certain.

We made it to Greekfest last night, but we only stayed for a few plates of Strapatsáda and some lamb Moussakás.

And to be truthful we got a biggish bag of Loukoumádes to tide us through the rather long walk home.

We had earlier decided that we desperately needed the benefit of exercise, but we did not want to expire on the roadside either.

Miss Pancake

I was such a very good car minder Niamh took me to a shop and we got me some new toys. Even a very big new rope.

When we got home it was past my lunchtime so Craig found my food right away. I did not faint.

My friends the badgers say you should always have some extra food stuffed in your sporran. So you will not faint.

Or some brandy in your walking stick.

But dogs to not have beautiful sporrans, or even one pocket.

So I have to remind Craig when it is time for me to eat. So I will not faint all away. Oh well.

Last night I ran very quickly into the kitchen when I heard a noise.

But it was just Emmet making Irish tea.

But then they picked me right up and carried me around the house. My goodness me.

Emmet used to carry Poppy around too. Ha.

Emmet and I are very best friends because Emmet is part of my family.

Sometimes I forget until I smell them.

Because Emmet, is lots of times in Ireland at that very old university.

But then when I smell Emmet I know who it is.

Because my family smells the same. That is how I know they are my family.

After I had my second lunch I went into our office and minded Zita until we were all finished our rascal ladies work for today.

Then it time for our before dinnertime walk. And to do my homework remembering.

And Zita said I was a very good rememberer.

Then she went to get some fish.

Because Niamh is not going to be here for dinner so we are having own made chip and tasty fish.

Niamh does not like even a bit of fish.

After dinner Niamh and Sach and Tarryn came here to visit me.

To see how my school went.

Then Craig and Zita watched their detective program.
