After we were all awake Zita and I had our breakfast.
Then we had our good morning cappuccinos. Those are very delicious.
So I get to have lots of the fluffy milk right there in the kitchen. Ha.
Then the fast car took Zita to visit Mister IKEA’s store.
To find a more beautiful light for the all painted bathroom.
So then Niamh and I learned new tricks.
Like nose bumps. Ha. That was fun. I got lots of treats.
When Zita came home she took Niamh to her lovely shop.
But I could not go.
Because they took the very fast bicycle too, so there was no room for me.
So I had to stay home and mind Craig.
That was a good idea.
Because there were giant trucks on my corner. With very very dangerous very noisy machines.
And lots of men too.
Those trucks had bits of the giant trees from our park, that fell over in the way too much wind.
And they put those trees in a chop everything up machine.
And that was very noisy.
But I was here to be his very best minder dog. Ha.
Then I had my morning nap with my friend Craig.
And when Zita got home it was my lunchtime. Ha.
Furrgus and Festis
It was a far too beautiful day to be flittering about doing nothing.
So we mounted an expedition to the Oatmeal Restaurant for a lovely Scots breakfast.
And then over to The Life of Pie for our weekly order.of selected pies..
This time we borrowed Mrs. T’s portable hand truck.
That certainly made getting the pies home without damaging them an easy task.
When we were nearly to home, we were confronted by enormous truck delivering equally enormous trees to a massive chipper.
We wisely detoured around the pond and got home none the worse for wear, with the pies intact.
All in all a very successful morning I do say.
Miss Pancake
My friend Emmet was on Craig’s computer today. Oh my goodness.
But it was not a picture of Emmet. It was just their own name. Oh well.
Emmet is going to a very very important meeting in Holland.
To tell everybody a very interesting part of their giant story.
But we cannot go.
Because our fast car cannot take us to Holland.
Because there are no roads on the very big ocean, just very big whales.. Oh well. Too bad for us.
Zita brought some round toasts home, and Craig and I had two for our together lunch.
But Zita had to go back to Mister IKEA’s store.
Because the new lights were too big. Oh dear.
This afternoon Zita made the inside stove spic and span. But it was a bit smelly.
So I minded her in our office.
And had a nice nap on my very big and comfy pillow.
Then we went for a little practice nice walking on my street.
Craig and Zita had bacon sandwiches for dinner. I got a little piece.
And then I had my second dinner. Ha.
When I was finished we were all ready for our detective program.
