Day Two Hundred and Sixty

Miss Pancake 

It was so beautiful outside today that Zita and I went for a lovely long walk.

After we had our breakfast and Zita had her good morning coffee.

When we got home it was time to go to our office.

But now our office has a sofa for me have my morning naps right there in the office. That is a good idea.

Niamh had to get her shop open this morning so she drove the fast car. 

I was very tired today. 

Because yesterday I was an everywhere explorer. 

Niamh and I even found a little river when we were in the forest. 

We looked and looked but we did not see any fish. 

Maybe next time Niamh said. Ha.

But when we were on the little road I smelled something right beside us. 

But Niamh said we could not go and find it.

Because maybe it was a bear. Maybe. Oh dear. 

I did not know that there were bears there. 

All that exploring is why I was tired today. 

Before today lunchtime Craig’s nice Doctor came to my house to make sure he was still alright. That was a good idea.

She did not stick any needles in him. 

She just squished his arm for a little bit. 

But it did not come off. That was good. 

After she was gone Craig and I had a cinnamon bun for our together lunch. 

And I had my next nap. 

Festis and Furrgus 

It was really a remarkably wonderful day today. 

So getting Dugal up we all went to the Sun Rise for The Three Sausages with Waffles and home fries early bird special. 

And after breakfasting we ventured over to the new coffee shop run by the indigenous community. 

We ordered a brace of lattés. 

To tell the truth the coffee at The Sunrise is less than remarkable. 

So this was a welcome addition I must say.

We picked up some of their T-shirts for Cook and her apprentices. 

Then we just wondered around enjoying the wonderful weather.

By the time we got back Craig’s doctor had been and declared him fiddle fit. 

Thank goodness we were absent for the visit. 

Who knows what she might have said about our diet. 

We must really cut back on the blueberry scones. 

Miss Pancake 

Now that I have two sofas, sometimes I do not know where to have my naps. Oh my goodness.

But usually Zita needs my help so I stay with her. So I can be her best helper. And be comfy too. 

When we finished our work today we are finished for a long time.

Because Zita will be in far away.

And then I will be too busy taking care of Craig and Niamh to go to work. 

When Niamh got home she told me she nearly got squished by a lady who did not even stop.

But when she was driving home the police stopped that lady.

Because the lady had too much to drink. Oh my goodness. And it was not even dinnertime. Oh my goodness.

But Niamh was all right. Because of her special rocks. 

Then we had chicken from Greece.

Lee is going there this week. To dig holes in the ground. And find things.

 

For their university. If they dug the holes here I could be the best helper. 

Because I am a very good digger dog.
