Day Two Hundred and Fifteen

Miss Pancake

Oh dear as soon as we got up Zita remembered that it was a clean the house day.

And then Niamh made the side yard neat and tidy as could be.

So I went outside to help her and be away from the noisy machine.

It was a very beautiful day today. So we stayed outside for a long time.

Then Zita and I drove her to her shop.

And today they had lots and lots of everything right outside. So all the people could see them.

And maybe buy them too. Maybe.

When we got home Zita still had to use the very scary vacuum cleaner to make the floors all clean.

So I went in the den to help Craig when he was taking to his breakfast friends.

Then I guarded him from that scary vacuum machine.

After I had my lunch Zita went to the store to get some brand new bread.

So then Craig and Zita had tasty toasts for their lunchtime.

And it was very crunchy toast. Crunchy toast is my favourite.

Then it was time for my nap.

I do not think I am getting too big for my chair. Craig is just wrong. Ha.

Festis and Furrgus

Well that wine went surprisingly well with that almond and pear tort.

And the pecan pie was just the perfect choice for dessert.

The whipped cream was my idea.

As expected Dugal stayed with his Balvenie, while my brother and I had moved on to the brandy and the cheese assortment.

I find that a nice camembert is rather spoiled by that peat aftertaste.

Brandy is much more complementary.

But that is just my opinion.

The coronation went off with nary a misplaced foot. Which was to be expected after.

My regiment was quite presentable, though the rain rather dampened the drums.

When Dugal finally turned off the television we were all more than ready for an extended sleep in I must say.

The brandy helped.

Miss Pancake

This afternoon Craig went outside to visit Lee and Bruna. They were having a relax in their front yard.

Then Zita and I went too.

So they would know I was sad about Mister Disney too. Oh dear.

But then everybody told funny stories until we were all melted. Then we went home.

And I had a very big drink of water.

Then I had to wake the badgers up.

Because a man brought them a package, and they needed to write their names on a piece of paper.

Before he would give it to them. Oh my goodness

We have a new door into my side yard.

And you do not even have to open it. You just walk right through it.

But those nasty bugs are not strong enough to get through. Ha. That is a very good door.

So now I can go in and out just like that.

Then Zita went to do some errands for Craig’s mother. So I stayed here and minded him.

That is an easy job for me.

I woke up because Susan came in to get things for a wedding. And she was already late. Oh my goodness me.

But I do not think it was her wedding.

I was still fast asleep when Zita got home. Oh my goodness me.

We had hamburgers for our dinner. And we cooked them right outside.

Because it was still beautiful outside.

Then Niamh and Tarryn went to visit Miss Emily at her new apartment.

Craig and Zita and I went into the den.

So we could watch the dangerous spies. And maybe have ice cream. Maybe.
