Because it is our Wednesday not to go to work at all.
But when I went outside this morning it was so cold. That is not right.
What about our lovely flowers. My goodness me/
When Niamh was awake Zita drove her to the lovely store.
But I could not go today.
Because Zita had to go to some stores.
Sometimes even nice dogs cannot go into stores.
Because all the people would just want to talk to the dogs and not even buy anything in the store. Ha.
When Craig had his next coffee he made toasts.
And today they were just the right bit of toastyness. And they were very crunchy too. Those are good toasts.
When Zita came home she had a squeaky clean shower.
Because this afternoon she and Sue have to say goodbye to a friend of their friend Miss Chris.
Because that man went to heaven.
So now everybody gets to say that they are sorry to his friends. Oh my goodness.
So Zita had to get all dressed in her very nice clothes.
You always have to have showers before you wear your very nice clothes so they will not get smelly.
I nearly forgot to have my morning nap I was so busy minding everything.
Goodness me. But then I remembered.
Festis and Furrgus.
Dear Lord in Heaven, my goodness it was chilly this morning.
We had to return to get our Hermés scarves. Very useful gifts scarves.
Fortunately it was sunny and thus properly attired we set off with a spring in our steps.
But the temperature recommended hot chocolate, so off we went tthe Bridgehead for the aforementioned hot chocolate and a few tasty banana muffins.
While we were coming home we ran into Mrs. T, leaving the dry cleaners with her freshly cleaned best jacket.
Miss Chris’s ex-husband has passed away and now Mrs. T and Miss Susan were navigating the complexities of overlapping families and funerals.
Now after the quite unfortunate incident with the Spanish actress, unexpectedly appearing at great uncle Archie’s funeral, we introduced a few controls.
So now attendance at family weddings and funerals are By Invitation Only.
The family’s wee Kirk is on Coll, and one has to convince the ferryman that your attendance would be appreciated.
Good luck with that, as Angus McColl has an inherent distaste for anything, or one off island.
And anyway we own the ferry.
Ahh, families.
Miss Pancake
Before I had my lunch Zita and I practiced our right beside her walking.
Because tonight is my school night. So I had to get my homework all finished.
And after my lunch Zita had to get Susan and go the church to say good bye to that man.
I did not know him. Either did any of the badgers.
Before I had my afternoon nap I helped Craig make his lunch. That is an easy job for me.
We had a chewy peanut butter sandwich. It was only one, but Craig remembered his trick and cut it in the middle.
And then we had two sandwiches. That is a very good trick.
I was very busy this afternoon at my watching window.
Because the radio said that there was a lost bear in my city. Oh my goodness me.
Bears should not come into the city.
There are way too many cars and noisy trucks. And they would get squished.
So I had too watch very carefully in case it got lost and came right here. My goodness me.
But I fell fast asleep on the floor.
But when I was awake Craig told me that the lost bear got stuck in a big tree.
But some very nice people caught it and took it back to the forest so it could find its friends. That was good.
Yesterday a deer went for a swim right in our canal.
But it got out and did not drown. That was good.
And it got out in the farm where I go to practice my homework. My goodness me.
I did not know that deers lived there too. My goodness.
When Zita got home she changed her clothes right away.
Because we had to go and find Niamh at her shop so we could go altogether to my school.
Today was my outside learning class at my school. Oh my goodness.
When we got home it was time for my dinner and time for my friend Niamh to go to her hopping dance class.
So Craig and Zita and I had our dinners. But it was not the same dinner. Ha.
Then we watched a new program.
But it was a about a very far away lawyer not a detective.
But I fell asleep anyway. Oh well.
