Day Two Hundred and Twenty Seven

I got up early today. I do not know why.

Maybe because I had a sick tummy, because I ate a bunch of tasty grass at school last night..

So Zita and I had a very early breakfast. Oh well.

Then we went for a nice walk. It was not so cold outside today.

And when Niamh was as awake as could be Zita and the fast car went to her downtown office.

Because tonight she has to go to a outside dinner party tonight with all the rascal ladies. So she needed the car.

Niamh cooked her breakfast with rice and eggs and everything. I was her very best helper.

Craig did not have a big sleep in today.

When he was drinking his very first too much coffee Niamh and I were outside.

We were practicing my sitting still.

Yesterday at my school it was very hard for me to sit still.

Because we were outside and there was lots and lots of just cut grass. And I got a bit distracted. Oh dear.

That is why we were practising this morning.

Then she went outside to wait for Tarryn to drive her to their lovely shop.

But she had to fix her hair first. It was not so puffy.

I am still very puffy. Ha.

Then I had my own morning nap. Right on my very favourite watching chair.

Ferrous and Festis

Fortunately the weather has warmed up, well at least we did not have to have recourse to our scarves today.

Mrs. T took the car downtown today as she is going to an office barbecue tonight.

Our Foundation banned any and all office get togethers after that defenestration event.

Took a fair amount of effort, not to say whiskey, to keep it out of the press.

I hope nothing untoward happens tonight.

Though we are ready for any eventualities.

As the sun was out in its glory, we rather took our time reaching Bank Street.

It gave us sufficient time to make a decision on where to have breakfast.

So as not to be getting too predictable we all decided to try some of the more whimsical concoctions at the Oatmeal Restaurant.

Which as it turned out was the perfect choice for yet to warm up day.

I had the lemon and almond porridge, my brother went with the peaches and cream version.

Nothing sticks to your ribs like porridge I must say.

Miss Pancake

Everybody talked to Craig on the telephone today. Even Zita and Niamh. Oh my goodness.

Nobody ever telephones Craig.

We did not have a peanut butter and honey sandwich today. We had peanut butter and jam instead. Ha.

And when I was all finished cleaning the plate it was time of a nice nap.

And I had a couple of lovely naps until Zita got home.

But she could not stay because she had to bring big bottles of wine to the outside barbecue.

But she brought brand new bread and delicious cheese for us for our own dinner.

And after I had my first dinner Craig made his own toasty sandwiches. Ha.

With the very delicious salamis from Italy.

And he put mustard on top too. My goodness.

I had a very bit at the end.

Then we went into the den and watched the television.

But not the detective program.

Because that is a together program.
