So after we had our breakfast Niamh and I drove Zita downtown.
And it is not even her day to go to her downtown office.
But a new rascal lady is starting today and Zita has to show them everything.
After we came home Niamh got my special brush and brushed me all over. Then I was a fluffy has could be.
I got peanuts butter on a plate. Ha.
Then Craig was up too.
But when he made his coffee we did not have toast.
Because today Craig made big peanut butter and honey sandwiches for our breakfast. Oh my goodness.
Then my friend Lee came for a visit.
Lee is going to go to far away Rome. And is going to dig holes and find very very very old things, for her university. Oh my goodness.
I did not know you could dig holes at University. I am a very good hole digger.
Maybe I can go to Lee’s school. Ha.
Then they went downstairs so I went in the den to mind my friend Craig.
Because it was time for my morning nap.
Festis and Furrgus.
Well we awoke to the good news that the Turkish scoundrel has to win a second round of voting.
Stout fellows those Turks. But as ever, let down by their government.
We on the other hand were alerted, by anonymous friends, that the doughnut delivery to Little Victories was to be several days early.
So with that intelligence in hand we went right there, well after morning patrol obviously.
We were greeted by knowing grins, as we selected several dozen of our favourites.
Having settled that we could relax with some cappuccinos and a croissant, or two.
The perfect way to start the week I do say.
Mrs. T was talking to her mother yesterday, and it appears that the Perrystown gardeners have the place well in hand.
If the photographs are anything to go on.
Even the compulsory potato patch has been planted.
And fortunately the makings of the Loganberry jam have been initiated in good time.
We too have not been idle.
Yesterday Mrs. T and our Niamh brought back a trunk load of new plants from their garden centre.
And the fence planter has been populated for the summer, greatly improving the view from the kitchen window I do say.
By the time we returned everything was calm and comfortable at the house.
Miss Niamh and Lee were trying to make inroads into the state of our Niamh’s bedroom. A regular challenge I fear.
Not wanting to interfere or assist we quietly went to our respective locations for our nap.
Miss Pancake
After my lunchtime Niamh and I went for a run around in Lee’s backyard.
Then we went on a ride in the car.
And we went just up the street.
To a make you beautiful store for dogs. Oh my goodness me.
I did not know that I was going to be beautiful today. Nobody told me. My goodness me.
This is me before I went to be beautiful.
I was at the make me beautiful store for a very long time.
And I played with the dog who lives there. He was very very furry. We ran around.
Then Niamh came so I could go home and show Craig how beautiful I was.
Now everybody can see that I have eyes. Ha.
And they made my fur all poofy, with a blowing machine.
And now my feet are all very round. My goodness.
Craig said I am as beautiful as can be now that everybody can see my eyes. Ha.
But I was very very tired so after dinnertime I went in the den and had a lovely nap right beside Zita.
Going to the beautiful store always makes everybody tired. Especially me.
